NEW listing and updated throughout with it's own private fenced-in outdoor space, NO parking fees, NO amenity fees for use of on-site pool and outdoor shower. 1.5 blocks to our FREE beach, does have traffic light for easy crossing. Park your car and not have to use it again because you will be within easy walking distance of Starbucks, McDonald's, TailChasers, Pablo's Bowls, Dumser's Restaurant & Dairyland (delicious and real ice cream), Candy Kitchen and only a 1/2 block from the fun and all FREE 58 acres with amenities at Northside Park; huge children's playground, outdoor exercise pavilion, marked walking, jogging, rollerblading, strolling trails, 3 baseball fields, big batting cage, kite flying field, soccer field, lacrosse field, long fishing and crabbing pier and lots of fun Town of Ocean City events are held there too.

This property was perfect for our family of 4. The owner was very nice and even let us know when the property was clean earlier than our check in time. It is a short walk to the beach and close to tons of great restaurants. 10/10 recommend!

Nice Stay

Check in was very simple and we were able to get in a little early which was great. The place was clean and very nice for a three-day weekend. We would stay here again.

We had such a great time on our vacation in OCMD this week ! My husband and 2 kids (7 and 9) really felt safe and comfortable here. The condo was very clean and as descripted/pictured on VRBO, it was in a great location, and Marcy was so so kind and efficient with communication ! Would definitely recommend.

Place was very nice updated and clean, back patio area was lovely and the pool was GREAT. It’s around the corner from Starbucks and lots of activities and restaurants! Overall we had a very good stay here and would definitely recommend choosing this condo. The electrical box is behind a painting above the sink and you do have to supply your own bedding and towels or rent for an additional fee fyi

Excellent!

The place was very clean and conveniently located near shopping and food. We really didn't have to use our car at all once we arrived. The host communicated with us so well and the condo had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning up after ourselves. The back patio was a favorite spot to hang out after the beach and have a few drinks and play some games!

Best location

This was a nice one bedroom (soft comfortable bed) redone condo in an older condo community in a great location in Ocean City. It was within walking distance of Wawa, CVS, Food Lion, beach, stores restaurants and Northside Park. We enjoyed our stay even though weather was not so great.

We loved our stay at this condo in ocean city! It was located next to so many things to do including the park , the beach , put-put , icecream , Starbucks and more. It was very clean and well kept for our family to stay a week and truly enjoy our experience to the fullest.

This was perfect for my family. Quiet, short walk to the beach and nearby park. Kids loved having access to the pool. And a Starbucks basically next door. Condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed.

Exaggerated listing

The check in information was delayed and not delivered until hours after advertised check in time. Once we arrived, we found the advertised king size bed was in fact a queen size bed. We booked the unit based on the location and the accommodations that included a king size bed. Also, the refrigerator still had previous guests food The amenities were a consolation to the let down of accommodations.

Great Location and Property Manager

This was a great location - enjoy everything in the area. Quick walk to the beach, park, restaurants, mini golf, and stores. Condo was clean, newly renovated. Thoroughly enjoyed the outside patio - it was relaxing in the morning and a day at the beach. Our entire group enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Condo stay for family

My husband, our 2 small children, and I enjoyed a fun and comfortable stay at this lovely little beach condo. The location was great with so much in walking distance. We loved using the pool and it was never too crowded. The outdoor patio was such a beautiful space too! Marcy was an incredible host. Very nice, communicative, and accommodating. I cannot say enough nice things about her! The condo is so well kept and we felt safe and at home during our trip. We look forward to our next stay!

Listing said king size bed, got full side. Didn’t get Any good sleep due to sharing a full size bed with a 6yr old. Ruin my vacation.

Perfect stay

My family and I had a great time. The place was perfect for us and our 2 girls ages 11 & 13. Very clean, updated and had everything we needed. Back porch area was a nice place for our morning coffee. Was close walking distance to everything we needed. Beach was a a close easy walk as well. Pool was great and the kids loved swimming there in the evening after the day at the beach. Host was very nice and responded quickly. Would definitely stay again!

Great time away to relax

Property was cozy and clean, super close to everything we wanted to see and be in and just get away to relax for a few days. I would not change a thing and Marcy was fantastic. Already on planning to head back next year and bring tje whole family.

The property was a great location very clean and just and better then described. The pool was great and the location is right in the middle of a good time. A block away from the beach and walking distance to a ton of activities. My wife and I had a nice relaxing fun time.

Perfect family vacation

We had a great time! It was close enough to the beach too! Not a far walk at all. It was so nice to have a full kitchen as well as a washer and dryer!! That makes everything so much easier! The property owner is very nice and she makes things quick and easy!
