42' Boat Dockage!Beautiful light and bright vacation rental overlooks the most breathtaking ocean and Kemp Channel views with the most fabulous sunrises in the Florida Keys! Perfect for those who love to boat, features a split 35' + 7' concrete seawall equipped with dock posts, cleats, swim ladder, mooring whips and fish cleaning table with concrete table/bench dock side and charcoal grill. There is so much outdoor living space with 2 covered porches both with patio furniture for outdoor relaxation. The living room features a sleeper sofa with 32" flat screen television with expanded cable and WiFi that overlooks the open water and leads to the covered porch. Kitchen offers full line of appliances. Master bedroom queen bed with television and lots of closet storage. Guest bedroom Queen bed with television and closet. Additional amenities include central cooling/heat, bait freezer, washer and dryer, high speed wireless internet and 3 bikes and 1 Kayak.

Great place to stay! Very clean and comfortable and lots of space. caught fish right off the back deck! Will definitely stay here again.

Great place!

We found this place and location to be more than what we expected. It was cozy and had a great spot on the ocean. The neighborhood which it is located was clean, quiet and very nice.

Perfect

This home was perfect for our small family. The fishing was great and I think we spent more time doing that than anything else during our trip. The sunrise was stunning every morning and the location was in good proximity to anything you could need. The Venture out resort had so much to offer and the pool was great. We didn’t have nearly enough time to do everything we wanted but we already planning a longer stay for next year!

Amazing!

Beautiful property with very nice neighbors. Sun rises were absolutely gorgeous. The house is set up very nicely and was very clean. Can't wait to book again!

Great location

Home had wonderful views off the back porch, close to key west with out all the traffic. Pool and hot tub in park is nice. Fishing poles would be a nice addition. They did have bikes and kayaks but we didnt use them. It was a little windy when we went. We would stay here again

Beautiful View

This property had a beautiful view of the canal and Summerland Key. The neighbors were wonderful to talk to and the house was clean and comfy. For us Northerners, it was hard to only be able to keep the A/C at 70, but we do understand. Maybe have a few floor fans to help keep us cool, ceiling fans only do so much. Thank you for a wonderful time in the keys.

Should be no housekeeping charge

Pool was closed. Wasnt told when booked. Was given a discount. But the point was to have a pool. You charge a cleaning fee but then require us to do the dishes and do the laundry if towel use is excessive. Never stayed a place that required you to clean. Vacuum was horrible. A broom is needed.

melissa, The pool being closed in Nov was an unforeseen issue since the park usually closes it in Sept. for yearly maint. We defiantly did not want you to feel you had to clean the unit..we ask that you start a load of towels upon your departure and if you use every linen in the entire unit then you could possibly be charged an excessive laundry fee. The issue with the vacuum will be forwarded to the owner. Hope to see you again in the future. Waterfront Keys Realty

The front room of the house smelled like cat pee and mold

The front of the house the front room must have had cats or dogs in it and they pee’d in the room and the smell is unbearable, we had to avoid that room at all coasts . I recommend getting that smell out for the next guests it was not what I expected for 1,400$+ . Very unsatisfactory

john, thank you for the review. we apologize for any issues you may have had. we did have our HK supervisor swing by and check the unit and they did not encounter the same condition on the porch but we did have the crew come back and do an extra clean on that area just to make sure. hope to see you again soon. waterfront keys realty
