This tastefully furnished modern villa is located within the prestigious Secret Valley Golf complex with two golf courses and a clubhouse and just 15 minutes from Paphos Airport. Aphrodite Hills and the local villages of Kouklia and Mandria are a few minutes away by car as is the famous Aphrodite’s Rock.

The villa features its own private kidney-shaped pool (5m x 10m and 1.2m -18m deep), large terraces and mature landscaped gardens.

The villa is on two levels, downstairs featuring a cloakroom, large open-plan living/dining area and fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.

Upstairs, all three bedrooms are able to be configured as twin or double rooms. All have their own balcony, air-conditioning and additional fans. The master bedroom has its own en-suite and the other two bedrooms share a full bathroom.

Wi-Fi and a smart TV with all English channels including major sports.

Pool/beach towels, hairdryers and security safes for valuables are provided.

A gas barbecue is also available and table-top table tennis with net, balls and bats!
