Lordies Lodge is a luxury fully renovated 3 bed villa on the beautiful Regina gardens 1 complex, with three communal pools amongst the lush landscaped gardens. The villa is located in a perfect position on the complex for you to enjoy views of the pool and the beautiful surroundings either from the partly shaded terrace or the large balcony from the bedrooms. Perfect for morning breakfast or afternoon sundowners.

As you walk into the entrance of the villa you are met with a spacious open plan layout with a sweeping staircase to the upstairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and Hob, large fridge/freezer and washing machine. You will find everything you need to enjoy self catering in this kitchen including an air fryer and Dolce gusto coffee machine.

There is also a downstairs shower room.

The spacious living and dining area has plenty of comfortable seating with large smart tv with Satelite tv channels plus DVD and PlayStation 2 for your entertainment (DVD’s & PS2 games supplied) We also offer unlimited Wifi within the villa.

There is access out to the veranda via two patio doors to enjoy sunbathing or bbq (Gas bbq supplied)

Upstairs there are three good size bedrooms, master with king size bed, guest room with king size bed also includes tv and another guest room with two single beds (which can be converted to a king size bed). Family bathroom with large double walk in shower. Bedroom 1 & 2 have patio doors leading out to a large sun drenched balcony great for your morning coffees or drinks before your evening out, with great views of the complex.

Regina gardens is just a short walk to the main Tomb of the kings road where a main bus route runs from Coral bay to Paphos town and Harbour.
Food shops are very close by with a small store opposite the villa and short walk to Lidl supermarket for all your holiday needs. We supply a good grocery pack when you arrive to get you started on your holiday including some beers and a bottle of wine.

Also within walking distance are some great restaurants and bars, the best Venus beach in Paphos is a 5 min walk at the end of the road and about 20 min walk to the harbor as well

Very chilled and relaxing complex. villa was like a home away from home everything you need and more. Vikki the owner was excellent with communication and arranging a taxi pick up from airport. All in all great place and had amazing weather

We had an amazing time at the villa. Our host was informative and responded quickly to any queries. The villa was fully equipt and the king size beds made it a very comfortable stay. The neighbours were amazing and very helpful with local knowledge of bars and resturants. The pool was clean and a great space to just chill out in the sun.We will be back soon hopefully.

Stunning villa!!!! The villa is a perfect home away from home and has excellent facilities for a perfect stay.There are no negatives on this property. It is modern and absolutely spotlessly clean both outside and inside.Vikki does everything for you prior to check in and was the perfect host.I would definitely recommend this villa for a family or a group of friends.

We loved this Villa! There was nothing there there that we would not want. Vikki made sure that we were accommodated in all aspects. A real home from home. When it was hot outside, then come indoors and relax in the cool. The beds are so comfortable and furniture too. Very secure complex with security for the Villa. We highly recommend for sure. Can’t wait to go back!

Excellent property great location the owner was magnificent always helpful.local contact fixed or sorted any problems that we had.usually within the hour.and these were very minor things.pools are fantastic owner has many sunbeds to use easy walking even in the heat wave to Lidl and many restaurants really can’t fault this property and the owner 10/10

Family holiday August 2024

Just returned from a fortnight in Regina Gardens. Vikki's villa is very well equipped, the coffee machine and air fryer an added bonus, and the welcome pack appreciated. The Communal pool area well maintained and not too busy. A great location, with all you require for your holiday needs. Highly recommended.

Golf trip to Paphos

Loved the holiday from the first moment we were collected at Paphos airport by Yiannis (a taxi driver recommended by Vikki the property owner). The Villa was lovely with everything one could possibly need whilst away and Vikki was a great communicator who ensured our stay went to plan. I would absolutely not hesitate to recommend

Fantastic Place!

We had almost booked a resort and decided to go with a Villa and are we ver glad we did! From the moment we opened the door to when we left and locked up we enjoyed the Lordies Lodge Villa. It is a 'Home away from home' Thanks for a lovely stay in Cyprus.If we hade friends coming to Cyprus we will suggest they stay with you. We had an awesome dinner not far from the house at Olivettos Stone grill (we went twice!) and also the Chinese restaurant next door called Chloe's both opposite of Venus Beach Hotel on Tomb of the Kings Avenue.Excellent food and service.

The booking process with Vikki was excellent, we were given all the information we required which made life easy on arrival. The villa was totally as expected. All the facilities were as described. The kitchen and bathrooms had undergone a beautiful refurb, all the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and we had everything we required. The villa is on a lovely site and was conveniently situated to visit the harbour and visit further afield. All in all, there was nothing we could fault. We would thoroughly recommend and hope to visit again in the future.

Le logement Ă©tait bien conforme Ă  l'annonce. La maison est trĂšs agrĂ©able avec sa terrasse et son balcon. La piscine commune est Ă  seulement 10m de la terrasse, ce qui est trĂšs pratique. L'endroit est trĂšs calme et pourtant trĂšs proche de plein de restaurants. Nous avons aussi tout particuliĂšrement trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ© l'attention que Vikki porte Ă  ses locataires. Nous sommes arrivĂ©s au logement assez tard en soirĂ©e et n'avions plus l'occasion d'aller acheter de quoi manger. Vikki avait mis Ă  notre disposition des boissons fraĂźches et de quoi se restaurer le soir et mĂȘme le lendemain matin, ce n'est pas souvent que l'on est aussi bien accueillis!On vous recommande fortement cette location.

Sehr gute Villa und eine schöne Zeit dort

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Villa. Alles war sauber und sie ist gut ausgestattet. Auch die Lage ist toll, nicht allzu weit vom Venus Beach, zum Einkaufen eignet sich der Lidl gut. Wir wĂŒrden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

A real home from home

This property had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Easy to get around without a car as bus to harbour is less than 10 minutes walk right outside the nearby Aldi. Sandy beach within easy walk. Best equiped kitchen we have stayed in.

Perfect Villa for perfect vacation

We can totally confirm the top evaluations by previous renters. Perfectly organized taxi transfer from/to Airport, smooth and fast check-in after midnight. Villa was perfectly clean, the 'welcome pack' fulfills every wish. The equipment is incredible, from more than enough dishes and cutlery , via multimedia entertainment (PS2, DVDs ..) to pool and beach fun for young and old. The pools are open from 7am to 10pm ( I think that is not mentioned in the description but important if you compare to other appt. or hotels with restricted times such as 10 am to 6 pm) and I had a lot of fun with the kids twice every day. There's also a very nice beach (Venus beach?) just a 10 mins walk downhill (past the 'Lidl' supermarket), very clean, with clean and warm water even in October, protected against swell. Sorry that I used the word 'perfect' so many times, but there is simply no other description possible. Thank you Vikki for a great time in Cyprus! Stay healthy, hope we can return next year!

we hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf.alles is aanwezig behalve een vaatwasser.bij aankomst deed de arco het niet goed op 1 van de slaapkamers en hebben wij in de avond(22.30)nog contact opgenomen,gelijk kwam sadi om te kijken en het proberen te verhelpen.dit lukte niet direct maar hij kwam gelijk de volgende dag terug met monteurs om het te verhelpen.helemaal super.de kinderen(en ook wij) vonden de zwembaden helemaal geweldig.lekkere schaduwplekken onder de bomenen erg rustig.

A great place for a holiday

Lordies Lodge was simply perfect. Vikki thoughtfully arranged for some basic supplies to be in the fridge when we arrived. The pool is just outside the gate and was very clean as is the whole complex. The house is roomy and a home from home. There are games and videos available and broadband as well. Lordies Lodge - 10/10

Lordie's Lodge is a lovely villa on a friendly complex. It's spacious, exceptionally clean and is fully equipped with everything you could need. It was perfect for a young family like mine, with a great pool, shops handy and entertainment for kids (dvds/games consel, games etc). We had an excellent 2 weeks in Cyprus and I couldn't recommend Lordie's Lodge highly enough. The owners we're extremely helpful and even arranged receipt of baby milk that we had delivered prior to our arrival. Thanks Vicki for all your help, we had a fantastic holiday, Lordie's Lodge is great value for money! Jon

Lordes Lodge -Paphos Cyprus

After a long journey and a difficult time with the car hire company at the airport (flat tire, one head light out and no room for suitcases(( Avis - do not use)), it was wonderful to arrive at Lordes Lodge. This Villa is equiped with everything you will need for a great holiday, from sandwich toasters, air conditioning, ceiling fans, inflatables for the little ones, playstations and ipod docking station. Lots of storage, lovely balcony, comfortable beds and a great pool area. The pool area was extremeley relaxing. Overall we had one of the best family holidays yet, by far the most superior villa we have rented in Cyprus. I would highly recommed this villa to friends and family, and we plan to return in the future.

We chose our villa on Regina gardens because of its location as its walking distance to Lidl supermarket, Venus beach the best beach in Paphos and many great restaurants. Our villa is in the best location on the complex as it overlooks the main pool and across the road there is a mini supermarket too. There is a regular bus route at the bottom of the road which runs along the coastal road to the paphos harbour one way and Coral bay the other way and a new coastal path which is a great walk in the cooler days

Our villa is really home from home with everything you need for a self catering holiday. We totally renovated the villa in 2023 and we think it looks amazing. The kitchen is well equipped even has coffee machine and airfryer. The living area is spacious and has access to the garden with the 3 good size bedrooms 2 of which have access to the large balcony overlooking the pool
