From a fully equipped kitchen to the sunny little patio right outside the living room and bedroom, this 750-square-foot condo is a great space for both short-term visits and month-long business trips.

The Space:
Utilize the fully stocked kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals or store leftovers from any number of the amazing restaurants nearby. This condo also includes a laundry room with both a washer and dryer, making it ideal for longer stays. In the bedroom, you'll find an iron and travel-size ironing board for your use, as well as hangers and a dresser to store additional clothing, which allows you to fully unpack and settle in.

The mattress on the bed is a very firm, CertiPUR-US Certified, pressure-relieving memory foam mattress for a supportive night of sleep. Light-blocking curtains keep the room dim for those who need to sleep during daylight hours.

My favorite spot is the hammock seat on the patio where you can gently swing and enjoy a good book or a glass of wine. The neighbors are kind and friendly. Occasionally you'll hear the sounds of music or kids playing in the courtyard.

Guest Access:
The entire condo, with a washer and dryer, is available to guests as well as the private patio. There is a shared pool on the complex that is open during the summer time.
