Over all it was in a great location and was exceptionally clean. My only complaint is that the bed and sofa were lumpy and uncomfortable The hospital was nice

Hi Irene! I would agree that the place is a great location and exceptionally clean. I would also agree that the couch should be replaced, but the bed is very comfortable and we get compliments on the bed. I do have to comment that you burned a plastic bag on the toaster and didn’t let us know, you also didn’t take out the trash as required, nor did you do your dishes as required. We appreciate you choosing us for your booking but you do have to follow house rules for checkout and leave the unit clean. Thank you!

This was an ideal situation: stress free, had everything we needed, very comfortable, friendly and approachable hosts if needed. We will definitely be using this property again if we are ever back in the Denver area.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this rental. The property was very clean, comfy and included all the amenities listed. It felt very private and safe, and the location is unbeatable. It was very easy to zip around Denver from the neighborhood. We also had our dog with us and had no issues. The owners were extremely nice, accommodating and helpful. I'd recommend this place to anyone and would love to stay again.

Safe to say if we stay in Denver again we will be coming back to Bradley's guest suite! Bradley was extremely welcoming and communicative. The suite was very clean and offered a lot of ammenities, especially for the price!

It was a nice, quaint, fully separated guest house in a great neighborhood. Hosts were super nice and let us use their laundry machine and hot tub. Super Dog friendly too and they have a few of their own.

Awesome place to stay

It was very cozy, comfortable and clean. Host was amazing, accommodating, and Attentive. Definitely would recommend going there as we will also return.

Anthony and Rachel were the most perfect guests. It was a pleasure to get to know them. They took amazing care of our suite and they were also very quiet guests. Their little pup was just so adorable and very well behaved. They cleaned so well that it almost didn’t need cleaning. Our cleaner thanks you. We would recommend them to any host as you will be over joyed that they chose to rent from you. Hope we see them in the near future.

Bradley is a fantastic host and went above and beyond to accommodate us. He is also very friendly and gave us some great pointers on places to visit while we were in town. The apartment was very clean, neat and well appointed. Excellent stay!
