The home is in a private residential area, and the property owner lives on the property. The loft is a carriage-house-style garage apartment. Neighbors are welcoming but expect the utmost respect when sharing the space. Guests may not use neighboring driveways or docks or may not trespass beyond the property lines. This is a best-kept secret for those seeking a quiet, peaceful getaway from the noise of the city. Noise will not be allowed during the day or night.
