Tiny village stay

The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
The tiny home village is a great location and very nice. Although we did have some hiccups while we stayed. when we checked in the AC unit was leaking and had been leaking all over the floor all over the TV all under the bed so we had to call someone and get them to come fix it. We took about an hour to clean up the whole place for further damage and we used our own bath towels for the water. , when trying to communicate to the office for more bath towels, or a refund of some sort for the cleaning up, there was no response they did offer a late check out but then took that offer back. I called and left messages to receive more bath towels no one ever responded also was charged an extra $33 for the reservation change when we already paid so I asked for a refund and never got a response back. We also did not stay the extra day that we bought, so I was asking for a refund then as well and still have yet to have a response so overall, the area and villages were nice but the communication wasn’t great
