Every family member is welcome to join you in relaxing on the home's back deck. Rinse the sand off in the outdoor shower, then fire up the grill for a fun time cooking in the sunshine. The private washer/dryer will make sure the swimsuits are ready for your next trip out to the beach. Ocean breezes ensure that everyone will be comfortable resting in the well-appointed bedrooms. Guests of the main bedroom can enjoy a neighborhood view and a private en suite bathroom. Enjoy close proximity to both town and shore at this lovely home - there's room enough for everyone to relax.

We were here with kids and adults for the week. House is well situated and fit our needs well. Lots of things to do in the area and a short walk to downtown Onset. Would come back again!

Totally meet our needs. Even though twin beds, my 2 tall sons managed to sleep in them. Easy walk to beaches and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood.

Perfect Cape House!

We had a great girls weekend on the Cape. The house accomodated our group well and had great indoor and outdoor spaces. Close to several beach access points and an easy walk into town to pick up take out. We will be back!

Great vacation spot

Had a great time in Onset. Overall the place was great and as advertised. Inside the kitchen cabinets was a little messy, but I know I’m a clean freak. The upstairs could use another AC unit or two in the heat of the summer.

great spot to visit the area

This home wasn't perfect but was a very nice place to stay for our visit to the Newport RI and Cape Cod area. Hopefully the owners will address the issues that bothered us. It was unfortunate that we couldn't communicate with the owner to get simple answers, and that Vacasa was slow to respond to our concerns.

The toilets were running and needed adjustment, neither the microwave nor the ice maker worked. The key pad to enter the house was annoying as we had to try several times to open each time we went in. The beds were uncomfortable in downstairs bed room and the daybed upstairs. The upstairs shower had trouble draining. The size was fine for 3 adults but cannot imaging sleeping 8 people of any age configuration.The place was clean and otherwise comfortable.

Good location

Location was close to Onset Beach which is nice and there were some decent restaurants within walking distance. It is pet friendly. The outdoor space was very nice and having two bathrooms inside was helpful. Some minor issues: the listing said it has partial AC but there was none, the freezer is leaking into the refrigerator, and there was a slight odor when we got there that subsided (place may have been shut up too long).

Close to beaches

The house was located right next to the beach. The rugs were all stained. The house it self had rotten boards on the steps. But the biggest issue was manager or home owners came into the house to change out a/c with out telling us. This happened when we where at the store. This was not cool at all.

Labor Day Getaway

We stayed here for Labor Day Weekend. The location is great, near the water, close enough to walk up town to the restaurants! Upon arrival we were unable to check in at the provided check in time of 4pm due to the cleaners being present on the property that had just arrived. We had to wait outside for about half an hour while they cleaned. That was fine, and a lovely woman named Ashely was able to push our check out time back in return, which was greatly appreciated. The home is beautiful, the yard was unkept and looked as if landscapers had not been there in weeks. While cooking breakfast the fire alarms went off multiple times even though smoke was not present! Overall it was a great stay. But the appearance of the outside could have been better, and seeing that the house was only cleaned for about 30 minutes made us a bit unsure of how clean the house actually was. But we had no further issues at all. Would recommend and would return despite these qualms.
