Very cozy home where we spent 2 weeks. Nice quiet neighborhood. Home has a long circular driveway providing plentiful parking. Within walking distance of the Cape Cod Canal and downtown area where you could find a coffee shop and a couple of places to eat. Well stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook meals in if you wished. Very organized with labels on cabinets and drawers so it was easy to find everything. Complimentary coffee, tea, etc. Washer and dryer was handy. Just a very comfortable relaxing home to spend some time in. We highly recommend this host and property.

Perfect cottage conveniently located in Buzzards Bay

This property was perfect for our family visiting Southeast Mass. It was fully stocked with everything you need in a very quiet neighborhood. You don’t have to go far to find restaurants, gas stations or to get to the Cape. Would definitely stay here again!

PERFECT! If you want the Cape experience without paying Cape prices, this is the home and the neighborhood for you! House is cozy and modern (so many chargers and Roku on TV's). Beaches totally accessible, mini putt, ice cream, but also a grocery store and Dollar General when you need it. 20 minutes to the Cape if you're feeling bougey... Host communicates well and is very accommodating. If we have a reason to be back in Cape Cod, we'd totally rent this house again.

Lovely quaint home in a central location

We were there for 2 weeks for work in the Bay, departing out of Sandwich. This was a great location for us and very affordable, which is always helpful for a Cape house! We will stay again if we do more work on the Cape :)

My husband and I enjoyed this home very much during our short stay in MA to visit Boston and Cape Cod.The home is well maintained, private and very comfortable in every aspect. The well-stocked kitchen is so tidy and organized with labels which made finding all items a breeze. Good stay!

This home was superbly stocked and organized. EVERYTHING that we could possibly want or need was provided. It was clean, comfortable, and felt like home during our stay. The location allowed us to visit a variety of attractions with only a short drive. Would highly recommend.

This property has everything you need and more. It is very well organized, and directions are there for every question you might have. Would definably stay again. Our son goes to MMA and it's within walking distance, on a nice day.

Accommodations were very nice, just as expected. The house was very well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the and the remodeled bathroom was nice and clean. The location is on a quite street and easy to get to. The circle drive allows great parking at the front door.

A WONDERFUL CAPE LOCATION- CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!

This is a wonderful property and the description is true to form. Scott, the host is very attentive and response quickly. There were 2 bedrooms and a large sofa, plenty of room for the 4 of us, I had an older person with me and she had no problem getting around. This is definitely a 5 plus star location

Much exploring can be done on foot with nearby Electric Ave Beach, Main St., Cape Cod Canal and Massachusetts Maritime Academy. Bring a bike and ride the canal trail to Sagamore/Sandwich - great biking/walking path.

The home is equipped for four season comfort. A well-equipped kitchen to make whatever meal is desired. The yard is a nice size with room for kids to play, a propane grill, firepit and outdoor table/chairs. Comfortable beds, a modern bathroom and fast WIFI with several streaming TV options round out the home.
