Great location! Walk to Electric Ave Beach, Cape Cod Canal bike trail and park on Main St. Buzzards Bay. 5 minutes from Massachusetts Maritime Academy. Many nearby dining and shopping options. For the kids, enjoy a day at Water Wiz Water Park just 4.5 miles away, then enjoy the evening sea breeze around the provided fire pit. Fully equipped kitchen makes eating in convenient. Enjoy a Cape Cod vacation with the comforts of home!

No fees for cleaning. No fees for "people". Up to 5 people for one low rate! No pets please.

Happy Holidays! Thank you for making our second season in operation a great success! Be sure to grab your winter and spring dates before they are gone. Our rates vary with the seasons so keep an eye out for a winter or early spring getaway while enjoying some savings.

Featuring keyless entry and ample parking via circular drive with parking near front entrance.

Cape Cod tends to have an extended summer season with the ocean moderating temperatures keeping it warmer later into the fall than most would expect. Similarly, for those who enjoy the slightly cooler temperatures of spring, that season tends to be linger from May into mid-June. In short, Cape Cod is great year around!

Perfect cottage conveniently located in Buzzards Bay

This property was perfect for our family visiting Southeast Mass. It was fully stocked with everything you need in a very quiet neighborhood. You don’t have to go far to find restaurants, gas stations or to get to the Cape. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable stay in Buzzard Bay, Bourne

My husband and I enjoyed this home very much during our short stay in MA to visit Boston and Cape Cod.The home is well maintained, private and very comfortable in every aspect. The well-stocked kitchen is so tidy and organized with labels which made finding all items a breeze. Good stay!

Lovely quaint home in a central location

We were there for 2 weeks for work in the Bay, departing out of Sandwich. This was a great location for us and very affordable, which is always helpful for a Cape house! We will stay again if we do more work on the Cape :)

I think it’s important for every vacation renter to realize we are staying in someone else’s home. That said, there are homes where you feel uncomfortable and others where you feel right at home. Scott’s rental made you feel at home. It was the perfect beach-area home, nicely appointed and stocked beyond expectations. We absolutely have plans to make this an annual stay. Great host!

Just as advertised

Accommodations were very nice, just as expected. The house was very well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the and the remodeled bathroom was nice and clean. The location is on a quite street and easy to get to. The circle drive allows great parking at the front door.

A WONDERFUL CAPE LOCATION- CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!

This is a wonderful property and the description is true to form. Scott, the host is very attentive and response quickly. There were 2 bedrooms and a large sofa, plenty of room for the 4 of us, I had an older person with me and she had no problem getting around. This is definitely a 5 plus star location

Cute little space for the family

We had to travel to Cape Cod for a dance competition. We needed a place that was close to the competition location. The house was the perfect size for our family of 4. It was clean and the neighborhood was very quiet. Scott was communicative and helpful while I was booking to trip including having to change the dates of my stay last minute. We had a lovely time.

This is a great location being a quiet neighborhood yet right near many things to do. Much exploring can be done on foot with nearby Electric Ave Beach, Main St., Cape Cod Canal and Massachusetts Maritime Academy. Bring a bike and ride the canal trail to Sagamore/Sandwich - great biking/walking path.

My home is equipped for four season comfort. The kitchen is very well equipped to make whatever meal is desired. The yard is a nice size with room for kids to play, a propane grill, firepit and outdoor table/chairs. Comfortable beds and a nice, recently renovated bathroom round out the experience.
