Condo de luxe au pied des pistes SKI IN / SKI OUT

Récemment rénové en 2015, ce condo ski in / ski out se trouve à quelques pas des remontées mécaniques First Time, Three Kings et Eagle au pied de Park City Mountain Resort. Park City propose des pistes de ski de classe mondiale, des boutiques du centre-ville et une cuisine raffinée, le tout à moins de 45 minutes de l'aéroport de Salt Lake City. De plus, à partir de la saison de ski 2015-2016, Park City et les stations Canyons se sont combinées via une nouvelle télécabine ultramoderne pour créer la plus grande station de ski des États-Unis.

Notre unité est située au premier étage du Snow Flower's Building II afin que vous puissiez littéralement déposer vos skis sur le grand balcon et y entrer pour un déjeuner rapide. Le salon donne sur la piscine paysagée et le bain à remous avec vue sur les ascenseurs et contient un foyer au gaz, une grande télévision à écran plat et une chaîne stéréo, des meubles en cuir de luxe et un coin repas pouvant accueillir jusqu'à six personnes. La cuisine améliorée avec dosseret carrelé, comptoirs en Corian et sols en ardoise est entièrement meublée avec des ustensiles de cuisine, des couteaux et des appareils électroménagers de qualité. La cuisine a également une barre de petit déjeuner en granit et un refroidisseur à vin intégré.

La chambre principale s'ouvre également sur le balcon et comprend un lit king-size et une salle de bain privée avec une grande baignoire à jets et une douche séparée. La 2ème chambre contient deux lits jumeaux qui peuvent être transformés en un lit King si vous le souhaitez et une salle de bain adjacente avec une baignoire / douche à jets. Les deux salles de bains améliorées sont entièrement carrelées et comprennent des comptoirs en Corian, des sols en ardoise et de nouvelles serviettes et draps de luxe.

Les équipements de l'établissement au Snow Flower comprennent un parking souterrain, une piscine extérieure chauffée et un spa, un centre de remise en forme, un vestiaire privé pour le stockage de ski et une laverie automatique dans le bâtiment. Des courts de tennis extérieurs, des barbecues et des tables de pique-nique sont disponibles pendant la saison estivale.

Location and convenience is unbeatable! Hot tub is close, 3 ski-lifts are steps away, shuttle into town is so close, and ski locker is in a heated locker room in way back to condo. Would 100% stay again.

Family ski time

Wonderful condo! Very well stocked with the little things that you might need on vacation. It was steps away from first time lift and the heated pool and hot tub. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Fantastic experience

This was the perfect rental for our annual family ski trip. The unit was 100% as advertised and Bill was an exceptionally good host. Great location that offered the ability to ski in and ski out. The unit was well appointed and well equipped. We enjoyed the hot tub each day after skiing and took advantage of Bill’s dinner reservation recommendations each evening. I highly recommend!

Great stay at Snow Flower

We had a great experience from start to finish. The owner Bill was very accommodating starting with our need to change our arrival dates. The location is awesome and as described. Grab your skis from the locker room and walk steps to the lifts. It was very easy to come back in for lunch!! The condo was well stocked and clean. We will definitely consider a return trip.

Great Condo

We couldn't have asked for much more for our trip to Park City. The condo is actually better than advertised as the master bathroom has been recently been remodeled. The location is perfect for easy access to the slopes and Bill is easy to contact and very responsive. I've rented a number of VRBO's over the years and this condo was easily the most well stocked with supplies. I don't think there was one thing that I needed during our trip that was not already there. The next time we head to PC, we'll definitely be back to visit this one.

Perfect ski in ski out - literally steps from Eagle Lift

Bill was the ultimate host - super communicative and gracious. The condo had everything that we needed for our party of 4. The property was clean and well organized. The ski room (walk out to the slopes), basement garage (1 space is included), property hot tub right off the condo deck, and building gym/laundry room completed the perfect amenities. The location could not be more convenient - steps to Eagle (mid mountain), 3 Kings (greens), and First Time (green) lifts. Thank you Bill!

It was our second time staying in this condo. Location can’t be better, just steps from First Time lift. Updated ski lockers, clean warm locker room. Nice and clean pool and hot tub to relax after a day on a slopes. Cozy condo has everything we needed. Newly updated master bathroom with excellent shower. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen to cook full meal. Bill is amazing host, quickly responded to all our questions and provided extensive information not only about condo but about PC in general. Will define stay again.

Location can’t be beat.

It only takes one day of seeing the traffic and parking situation to appreciate staying 50 yards away from two lifts. Downtown PC is a mess during the day with parking too. With this unit, walk out the patio door and hit the slopes. Hot tube and heated pool for recovery is also off the back patio.

Amazing winter break at PC

I would give 10 out of 5 stars. Location is perfect, next to first time lift, or short walk to payday. Check in was super easy. Bill is an amazing host. He was not only super quick with his replies but he send detailed instructions about condo, neighborhood, slopes, rentals, restaurants etc. Locker room is nice, it is heated. Pool and hot tub clean and well maintained. Condo is even cozier than in pictures. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Kitchen well stocked to cook full family dinner. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to friends. Thank you Bill for such an amazing vacation!

Fabulous Condo

We loved our stay at this condo. It was so close to the lifts that it took just minutes to get there and we could ski right to the ski locker every afternoon. The condo was just as described and was lovely and cozy. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything that we could need. We used the pool and the hot tub every evening and they are both very large. We never had an issue with capacity and met lots of nice people. We stayed for 9 nights and had plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. It is also a pretty quiet building. We walked or took the bus to Park City for dinner many nights and the food in Park City was fabulous. Bill was a fantastic host and provided excellent dinner recommendations and gave us detailed skiing instructions. We loved all of the favorites runs that he provided. It was a truly fantastic stay!

family ski trip 2022

This place worked well for our family who have various ski abilities and interests. Very convenient to the 1st Time lift and the hot tub / pool. We did not rent a car and that worked out OK; we walked or did Ubers. The kitchen was complete and the owner was responsive when we had a question. I'd recommend this rental.

Perfection

This condo is cozy, peaceful, in a fantastic location, and in impeccable condition. We enjoyed every second of our vacation with our daughters. Within minutes, we were on the slopes or could gauge when to go to the hot tub and pool. We rented a car and had a garage space to park, making for flexibility throughout the trip. Bill was responsive and attentive. Thank you!

Wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved this condo! Very well set up with all that you may need for a stay. Location is a true ski in - ski out and very convenient for ski rentals. About a mile walk to Main Street. Bill was very responsive to all my questions from the start. Instructions were very clear making the entire weekend stress free. I would definitely stay here again!

The best for convenience and comfort!

This was the best vacation my family has experienced to date! The condo was clean, warm and absolutely the best location. We were able to walk from the condo to the onsite locker room, put on our skis and be at the lift in under 3 minutes. We always looked forward to returning to the condo and warming up next to the amazing fireplace in the living room. As odd as this sounds one of the best features was the heater fan in the bathrooms that is located directly above the toilet. Who knew this feature would be so well appreciated! The proper owner was super helpful from the time of booking all the way up to our day of check in. He not only made sure we had everything we needed to make the experience truly unforgettable, but he even provided a listing of local activities and restaurants - which we used almost exclusively during our stay. My family and I will seek out this condo on our next visit to Park City! Thank you so much for an amazing time and for allowing us to make memories with our family!

Best Location

Bill is a wonderful host and the property was better than advertised. It was the perfect unit for our family ski vacation. The condo is located just a few steps from the chair lifts and walking distance from the park city village and shops. It was very clean with new linens/towels and the beds were very comfortable, and the grill on the patio was an added bonus. We all enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub which is located just outside the condo unit. We look forward to coming back!

We are from Austin, but the family has branched out in recent years with one kid in California. We are a fairly active family and love the outdoors, both summer and winter. In addition to skiing, we hike, mountain bike and water ski. Our vacations are dominated by a high level of physical activity and really great food. (If you appreciate fine dining, be sure to check out Main Street.)

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We have skied all over and keep coming back to Park City. We looked for years and years before buying at Snow Flower in 2014. We wanted a practical and efficient floor plan with covered parking in the building and, of course true Ski In/Ski Out convenience. We looked at a LOT of units, but knew the moment we walked in that this was the one for us.

P.S. Park City is a wonderful escape from summer heat and is an undiscovered summertime bargain.

I know it is hard to believe, but not everybody wants to ski six hours a day. If you have skiers of differing abilities you will love the flexibility of ski-in/ski out!
