Beach Access:
• Short 3-5 minute walk to the beach on a private path
• Two miles to downtown Long Beach

Pets:
• Please declare your dogs
• $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes and fees.
• Up to 4 dogs allowed at each home
Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine per dog

Parking:
• There is plenty of parking for up to 8 cars (4 per house) and room for a boat or trailer parking on the lawn.
• No garage
• Public Parking for Long Beach is available along the Bolstad Beach Approach and in three large lots on Oregon Ave. S. between 3rd St SE and 5th St SE in Downtown Long Beach.

Children:
• Children two and under are not part of the maximum occupancy.

• You can also book Surfview 1, Surfview 2, and Surfview 3 to sleep up to 26 TOTAL people. Additional rent fees apply for each home. The three homes are on the same property and managed by Bloomer Estates Vacation Rentals.
