Find yourself at home in this impeccably clean and luxuriously furnished oasis! Enjoy the 500 sq.ft, covered patio that offers a stainless steel gas grill, bar top, outdoor furniture and a 50 inch Smart TV, perfect for a cookout, while being surrounded by a 9ft. privacy fence. Take a dip in the refreshing pool and dry off next to the warm fire pit! We utilize cameras in order to protect the property and our guests. There is a camera located at the front door, one facing the pool and fire pit, and one facing the grill.

The host is amazing and understanding lol, TV is just a light switch! The house is beautiful, outside is like a resort! Pool was heated when we arrived. It was the perfect home and location for our family weekend at TTU. We made lifetime memories and will definitely stay here again.

First family vacation in TX

We really enjoyed this property because it had separate areas for everyone. Private bedrooms, game room, backyard. Everything was relaxing, neighborhood was quiet. Close to many stores / restaurants.

Great getaway

My buddies and I drove to Lubbock for a football weekend. This property delivered plenty to do, had tons of room, and was incredibly clean. Overall great experience and would 100% stay again. The outdoor entertaining space is the best part!

Great getaway

This house was great for a weekend getaway. We loved the pool area and it had everything we needed. Lots of extra touches like tooth brushes, shampoo, snacks, etc that were great. Manager was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Wonderful property!

We enjoyed a weekend with other adult couples. Would have also been perfect with children given the gameroom in the converted garage. Would encourage a better cable television situation in all rooms especially during football season!

GREAT House!

We brought Thanksgiving to our TX Tech kids instead of them coming home - 2 families, 8 people total stayed at the house. The kitchen was great and had all you need. The couch and living room were set up great for our marathon football viewing. Bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. Master bed was the best bed I have ever slept in in a VRBO. Backyard was beautiful and I want to come back in the summer to utilize the pool. Safe neighborhood to exercise. And owners are quick to repond to questions. Overall, fabulous stay at a fabulous house. Highly recommend.

Weekend Stay

We were in town for a family wedding and enjoyed the extra space and the pool. Owners provided snacks and coffee. However, the listing and photos did not disclose that the owners had installed cameras outside facing the pool and also facing the outdoor TV lounge area. The “welcome book” stated that if guests tampered with or unplugged the cameras were would be evicted. I have stayed at many VRBO properties with security cameras and they are usually directed at the front and/or back doors. I understand the owners wanting to protect the property from damage, but the location of these cameras felt intrusive and made swimming and hanging out in the outdoor space awkward and not so “private.” The owners heavily advertised and featured the outdoor space and we would have enjoyed it more if we did not feel like we were being watched or recorded. I also believe these cameras do not comply with VRBOs policies.
