This is the coolest place we have ever stayed! There is something so comforting and nostalgic about this house! The inside pool and the outdoor area are a huge bonus! Loved this place!

FANTASTIC Place

Rented this location for friends and family to stay during our wedding weekend and it was wonderful! The owner is so kind and great with answering any questions you have. The house was even better than pictured!

This is such a great property, and so is the host! Everything was well maintained and super clean and more than enough room for everyone who came with us. The backyard is LOVELY and the bar and patio area were awesome. The pool was pretty much why we picked this one, and it didn't disappoint!! Super clean, and the water was great. I could not recommend this one more.

Fun stay in Lubbock

Family friendly

A group of 10 of us were in town for college graduation and this house was perfect for all of us to stay together and each family to have their own room. The indoor pool was amazing and we used it every day. We also took advantage of the beautiful backyard and grill to have a family bbq while we were there. There is plenty of space both indoors and out to relax and socialize. Charlie was nice enough to stop by and show us the location to all the light switches that light up the backyard.

Incredible West Texas Oasis

From the cleanliness to amenities. This place is truly the best I’ve ever stayed at. It’s like staying at Disney World - because all the details and extras are what make it so special. Truly - everything was perfect. So many extra details, fully stocked coffee bar to the freshest nicest bath towels - it was just an absolute treat.

Game watching weekend

We had an amazing weekend and this house was the cherry on the top. Great location and plenty of elbow room for us to all have our own space. The kids loved swimming in the pool! We will keep this house in mind for any future stays. Charlie was so helpful and kind.

Relaxing, clean, & private

Nice spacious rooms. Everything was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The indoor pool was absolutely wonderful. Additionally the backyard was like another oasis to cook and hangout outside by the pool

We chose this house to celebrate my husbands grandmother's 90th birthday. The house was perfect for what we needed. The pool entertained the kids while the outdoor and indoor seating allowed us adults plenty of options to converse. Memories were shared and memories were made this weekend and we look forward to coming back!

Beautiful Place to Stay

We went to Lubbock for a softball tournament and family time. The home is beautiful inside and out. It is a cozy, relaxing and enjoyable home. Everything you need is accomidated by the host. God truly blessed us with a wonderful host and a beautiful home for the weekend.

The house, the swimming pool, the grilling area and the backyard was absolutely beautiful I would recommend it to anybody with kids It’s 10 times better than staying at a motel room making and eating breakfast as a family can’t beat it.

This property is clean, charming and spacious. The outdoor kitchen is a gem, well lit, large outdoor eating and cooking area with a nice Weber gas grill, perfect for family gathering. Exceeded expectations with cleanliness and surprising details like a fresh family board game, a well stocked Kerig and even a bottle of Chianti to boot! Thank you so much Charles for your hospitality. 10/10 would do it again.

BEWARE THIS HOUSE IS LISTED ACROSS MULTIPLE SIGHTS & EVEN IF YOU BOOK 8 MONTHS IN ADVANCE, HE WILL DOUBLE BOOK THE HOUSE.I wish I could say something good about this house, we booked it because of the reviews and the amenities. I booked this house in Dec. 2024 for the weekend of Aug. 8-10, 2025. Over 8 months in advance, for my sons graduation from Texas Tech. This gave me 8 months to plan and coordinate with friends and family to celebrate the accomplishment of my son, an event that only happens once. I received a confirmation email from VRBO, letting me know that everything was set. My son went by the house earlier in the day & told me that someone was there, but I just assumed it was the cleaners or host. Check in isn't until 4 PM, but when we arrive around 4:10, there was someone already in the house & had been for a while. The house I had booked over 8 months prior had been double booked by the host on another STR platform. We were left to have to find accommodations last minute on a heavily booked weekend. The only thing available was a house with two restrooms to split between 14 guest. NO POOL, NO BACKYARD, NO AMMENTITIES AT ALL. The new house cost more, had no offerings. My parents and other family had to end up booking hotels. I thought booking so far in advance would have given the host plenty of time to take any bookings down. What an unfortunate way to start what we thought was going to be a well planned out and celebratory weekend.

The home was spacious, plenty of room for 9 adults, 2 kids and 1 infant. Fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The backyard patio was perfect for cooking out, watching sports or just relaxing. Our host was very helpful. We will be booking again our next trip to Lubbock
