Lovely two story historic 130-year-old home located in downtown Frankfort. The lower level has two large bedrooms with queen beds, full bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and a living room with cable TV and a full-sized sleeper sofa. Upstairs is a one bedroom apartment with a queen bed, full bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Close to bike trail, downtown, parks, and the beach. Close enough for the action, yet far enough away to allow for peace and quiet.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was full of charm, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great weekend. The location was perfect and made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

The house is in a great location - close to downtown, the bay, the beach - everything you need. The house was stocked with everything you need plus the extra touches of kleenex, hand soap, extra toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, coffee, etc. We enjoyed relaxing on the front porch. This is the perfect Frankfort house! Incredibly walkable to Main st. & Frankfort Beach, and all the cozy comforts of staying in a home that has been cared for so very lovingly. We have visited many Frankfort homes over the past decade, but as soon as we walked in on Day 1 of our trip, we were immediately planning our next visit BACK to this same home!

Beautiful and spacious home within walking distance to all of Frankfort's best. The home is well stocked with linens and kitchen items for cooking. It was very nice to be able to wash our beach towels and suits. We would absolutely stay again!

This place was amazing! Our host Janet was great! The house was very clean, well maintained and stocked with most used necessities. Kitchen was well equipped! Beds are comfortable with lovely down filled pillows! Showers are adequate, however, the downstairs one is quite small. The one upstairs is better, with a bathtub /shower and water pressure is great! The house is a 2 minute walk to downtown Frankfort, little further to the beach, about the time it takes to finish a 1 scoop ice cream cone! Grocery store is a 3 minute drive! Back patio is lovely with well maintain picnic tables and two Adirondack chairs however the front porch is where we spent most of our time! The neighborhood is very charming!

Great location! We loved being able to walk to the restaurants and shops. There was a playground very close by that our kids loved. The front porch was a great place to spend time while at the house. This was the perfect place for our family of four to stay! Highly suggest renting a boat on nearby Crystal Lake for fishing.

Wonderful!

This was our second stay in this lovely home, and we're looking forward to a third. It's comfortable and is stocked with everything you might need. The location is great, being close to shops and restaurants, the Betsie Valley Trail, and the beach. The hosts are pretty great, too!

Property is amazing! Very cute and comfy, and the host provides some basics that make arriving and settling in easy and less stressful. Very close to downtown shopping and the beaches, literally a block away from shopping and a few from the beach. Highly recommend and will be returning next year and hopefully for many years after.

The house was located in a quiet very walkable part of town. It was 5 blocks to downtown Frankfort. Frankfort had great restaurants and shops. It was a nice easy walk to Lake Michigan. The Frankfort beach was beautiful. Host was great. I would love to stay there again.

Frankfort getaway

The property was perfect for us. We loved the quaintness of the house. It has an upstairs apartment so traveling with our adult daughter worked great so she had her own space as well. The host was very friendly and we enjoyed talking with her about the area. It is a perfect location for the downtown. We really enjoyed our stay, certainly hope to visit again.
