Nice clean place with everything stocked and supplied. Extra touches like phone chargers in every room, welcome baskets with snacks, coffee k cups, ground coffee, creamers, to-go coffee cups, sweeteners, and at a solid price. Thank you and we plan to stay again!

The house was extremely clean and cozy. They really thought of everything, right down to the family dog! Upon entry into the house, we were greeted by a little basket of goodies. There are board games, books and smores for the fire pit. They also have robes and basic essentials in case you forget something. Thanks JP!

Our host is very communicative and welcoming! They had holiday decorations and a tree as well as a goodie basket, the makings for s’mores and plenty of games and books to enjoy. The house is very clean and well appointed with necessities to get you started for your stay. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to find everything. It is a cozy 3 bedroom up a few steps with a hall bath and an en-suite. The main living area is spacious and comfortable and has another full bath. Table seats 8 comfortably. We are recommending to our family in the area for their out of town guests and we would definitely book again!

We had an absolute great time at this Verbo. House was very well stocked. Everything was in premium order. All the appliances worked as they should pots and pans were generously stocked to include loads of stainless steel pots which we prefer. Bedrooms were warm and comfortable. everything was generously supplied would definitely stay there again.

House was very comfy for our group of 6. The host has been very thoughtful in the setup of rooms with access to charging cords, tolietries, games, a firepit and wood, coffee and even left some dog treats for our canine guest!

Clean, convenient, thoughtfully stocked, great amenities, comfortable beds and pillows, great home layout, great back yard and patio area, close to Knoxville and surrounding attractions. We really enjoyed our stay. Also delightfully close to the free UT Arboretum & Haw Ridge in Oak Ridge, which we enjoyed exploring. And very convenient to Aldi and other groceries stores.

It was so nice to stay at such a beautiful and peaceful home. So many of the extra details such as toiletries and laundry pods. But the most impressive detail was how clean the home was. Between visiting our kud in college in MS to visiting family in different states...it is so very disappointing in how dirty the Airbnbs and VRBOs have been. You can trek floors are not properly coean by how dirty your socks / feet are. But still having to pay a huge cleaning fee. I usually end up cleaning. So, I travel with cleaning supplies. Well, I did NOT have clean this time! This will be our go to home when we are in the area. And, the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The host had the best communication, even down to exactly how to open the door. Nothing like driving 10 hours and trying to get into the front door and to have poor instructions to open the door. Not here, easy to get in. Then insude you are greeted with b the coolest snack basket and bottles of water. Nice brochures and maps of the area and things to do. A super fun built in shelf in the front room full of games too!

Clean and Everything Provided!

We visited Oak Ridge for the first time for our son’s rowing competition and we could not have been more pleased with our choice to stay here! The house is only about 3 miles from the rowing venue and close to stores and restaurants as well - we recommend Aubrey’s and Atomic City Brewing! The house was great, but I do feel compelled

The house was perfect. Very clean and well-provisioned plus the host added some very thoughtful touches, like a bottle of wine, snacks, and even a sympathy card when they found out we were gathering for a funeral.This will be the first place we check on any future trips to town

Exactly what we needed

Great location - quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants, grocery store, coffee etc. 20 minutes from Windrock. The house has so many little things that make it a great place to stay - robes, laundry baskets, cozy blankets, phone chargers, smore fixings, games, record player. We will definitely be back.

Our East TN home away from home

We absolutely loved this home- felt so welcomed before even walking in and the amenities and special accommodations kept coming. We had such a great time playing games that were shared during some down time, and kids enjoyed the outdoor space with the spring weather. JP is a fabulous communicator and appreciate all of the easy messaging back and forth. I may have missed it in the fine print but there are a few stairs to the bedrooms, just a few steps, but just having a leg procedure made it a bit difficult to go up and down. We will definitely stay here again- location is great, close to groceries and restaurants.

Can’t emphasize enough the cleanliness, which is priority for us. Super clean, cozy, quiet. Updated furnishings. They thought of everything. If we forgot it, no worries, they had it. Host responded quickly with answers to questions. Highly recommend!

Dec getaway/ New Years Eve

The house was very comfortable and all the amenities were as advertised. Host family left a very sweet basket of goodies, complete with a bottle of wine. Weather did not permit us to use the fire pit...but it looked wonderful, compete with plenty of wood for the fire and a basket with all the fixings for Smores. My first time renting through VRBO that the door code was withheld until 30 minutes before check-in... but that was the only negative to the whole trip. Thanks for sharing you home with us.
