Comfortably fits 8 people with 4 beds and a convertible futon bed.
Stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and marble countertops. Large capacity washer and dryer. In quiet cal-de-sac close to Eugene airport and downtown. TV with free Netflix. High speed internet, office nook and desks in two bedrooms. Easily available free on-street parking and access to bus.

The property was close to where our wedding venue for my niece was. The house was clean.Everything was in working.Order close to shopping to fred meyer to eugene was a great steak overall. Neighborhood is super quiet and the house was super comfortable.Thank you so much!

Great stay!

The property was so spacious, clean and smelled good. The location is so very near to all the famous grocery stores and in a very calm place. The host was very flexible with check in and checkout and responded back in no time. We loved the high ceiling, a cute patio and you also get free Netflix ;) . Highly recommend this property.

Dad’s final wishes

We spent time on the coast carrying out my dad’s final wishes with our extended family. We had a beautiful time together honoring my dad. we needed to stay close to the airport as some of our party had very early flights the next day. This place was perfect and comfortable! A class act!

Very clean and nice property. Convenient location to either walk or drive to downtown. The only issue was the tv in the master bedroom would not connect with wifi but otherwise it was a great stay!

Nice big home. Plenty of room. Very comfy.

We had a wedding at the Country club 5 miles away. This was perfect for us. We stayed the night of rehearsal dinner and the wedding night too. Made it very convienent to go set up.for wedding. Then came back to get ourselves ready.

Santa Clara gathering

Nice, quiet neighborhood. Appliances, including laundry, very good. Comfortable atmosphere for family gathering and gaming. All beds are upstairs, which worked very well. Limited street parking, but adequate. Close to shopping and bus route. Very pleasant.

Basic but clean and fit our needs.

Family of 5 (all adults) so enough beds for all however the extra bed was placed in the master forcing my husband and I to take a smaller bed(double)that was very HARD. Also the house must have had an animal in it at some point because my daughters' allergies went nuts after sitting on the couch, this is only an issue if you have severe allergies to animals as the house was very clean.
