On prestigious College Hill, close to everything that makes Eugene a great college town.. One block to one of Eugene's largest parks in a great walking neighborhood, 3 blocks to the city's best pizza. Set up for that perfect college sports weekend including wifi and 70 inch ROKU TV. 2.3 miles to Autzen stadium, 1.7 miles to Hayward Field and Matt Knight Arena. On a large lot next to a church means very quiet. Can sleep up to eight adults, with an oversized downstairs bedroom with its own full bath. All new kitchen appliances, seating for 8 in the dining room and around the big screen.

Fully equipped with Washer and dryer, linens, towels, coffee maker, ice maker, microwave, new gas stove, and all kitchen supplies. Gas fireplace for those chilly nights along with an electric fireplace in the downstairs bedroom. Gas heat and central A/C. Brand new bungalow front porch just added (pictures to come) for morning coffee and drinks outside. Nearby Washington Park has tennis courts, soccer and baseball fields, and a large kids play area. The perfect getaway for college sports, visiting your Eugene college students, touring wine country or taking that run on Pre's Trail or along the Willamette River. .

We had an excellent stay. The house is great and the description/photos are very accurate. Communication with the Owner was excellent as well. We had arranged for early check-in, which seems to have left the cleaning crew feeling rushed so there were a few minor issues from that standpoint, but the Owner quickly responded and concerns were fully resolved. The neighborhood is very quiet and felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again!

Weekend stay

Was very good and we enjoyed our stay. Was clean and spacious. Location wax great also. Only negative was VRBO not sending the codes to get in the house upon arrival, but the owner gave it to us right away when we contacted him.

The house was in a great location, near Heyward Field. It is an older house which is fine, it was clean and the beds were comfortable and everything was well stocked with towels and alot of extras in the kitchen. No issues at all

The house was great! We were a group of coaches in town for a track meet and this house was perfect for us. Everything was clean, instructions for check in were good and the neighborhood was clean and quiet!

Brand new inviting porch leading to classy interior with everything one needs. Excellent kitchen for cooking. The location was perfect for us! Owner was readily available by text or telephone.

We came in for Thanksgiving for our Oregon daughter. Robert informed us he had the cleaning done early so we could have the house earlier. Great house with Oregon Duck football stuff (yay!). Great location to parks and downtown. Bedrooms great size with sofa bed in TV room. Used Kitchen and worked great (left potato masher). Downstairs bedroom was big. Started cold, but has heater. Small bathroom with semi circle shower. Everything worked great. Nice touch with snacks and wine to be greeted. Thermostat east to use. Park in front . Great Duck house!!!

We rnjoyed our stay. Place is conve ient to Hayward Field and downtown Eugene. Place was clean when we arrived, freshly renovated. Property manager was easy to communicate with and provided clear check in and check out instructions. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful bright clean welcoming home. Plenty of comfortable space for our group of 6. Love the welcome book with great suggestions for restaurants and easy clear instructions on check in and out. Loved all the little amenities, this was a worry free stay.

One Nighter

Clean & spacious house, well stocked kitchen, loved the ambience of the gas fireplace, huge TV was fun, enjoyed rocking chairs on front porch, hospitality basket was a very nice touch, great neighborhood & host Bob was great to work with since VRBO didn't send me the key code. I had asked for a non-scented house, sheets & towels and host did not disappoint! We enjoyed our stay. Thanks Bob.
