Vous ne voudrez pas partir ici après avoir passé quelques jours à regarder la rivière et les hectares de terres pittoresques à travers le canal. Très relaxant avec le sentiment d'un grand pavillon en écoutant le bruit de la cascade! Profitez de votre café du matin dans l'un des 3 beaux espaces de détente en plein air ou dans le bain à remous. Pre's Trail est juste en face de la voie navigable ou si vous voulez une balade à vélo, il y a 5 vélos disponibles pour profiter des kilomètres de pistes cyclables juste devant votre porte.
Les couchers de soleil sont incroyables autour de la fosse d'incendie à gaz en plein air que vous regardez la faune. Vous vous sentirez comme dans une station privée mais vous êtes à quelques minutes du centre-ville.
Il y a aussi une grotte avec une table de billard et une télévision 80 pouces. Vraiment un bijou d'une propriété!

We had a wonderful stay at this home over Thanksgiving. The kitchen was absolutely fantastic — fully stocked with equipment, easy to cook in, and perfect for preparing a big holiday meal. The house itself is comfortable, welcoming, and filled with thoughtful amenities that made our stay really enjoyable.It does appear that the owner lives in the home part-time, so there are some personal touches and belongings around, but everything was tidy and well-organized, and it added to the warm, lived-in feel of the space.Overall, a great place for a family gathering. We truly enjoyed our stay!

This beautiful home served perfectly for my small family reunion. The spacious rooms with abundant comfortable seating areas allowed for many wonderful conversations. We enjoyed the view across the dreamy waterway to the open fields beyond. We had a lovely walk along the nearby trails, where we encountered a friendly heron. The host was very friendly and open for questions. Our family will treasure the memories that we made there.

The perfect home for a graduation celebration

We had the perfect 5 days in this picturesque, well equipped home! The amenities were fabulous from abundant entertainment options to extremely comfortable beds to a most well equipped kitchen nestled in a charming neighborhood. This is the perfect home for a family, group of friends or couples sharing a vacation experience.

Such an amazing experience!

This property has everything you can ever ask for! Right on the river with paddle boards and a little boat. More than enough room for family game nights! This place was perfect for my sons last baseball trip… it left us with more then just baseball memories!

Great relaxing stay

House full of extras. Close to a large park great for biking or walking. Close to the university. Great view of the water in the backyard and plenty of space on the patio or by the water to enjoy. Very comfortable and very spacious.

Big chill weekend

Went to Oregon County faire one day, Spent all Saturday visiting antique stores. Enjoyed the property outside. Great seating all around the property. The home had everything thing you needed and more. Beautiful place.

Fantastic Riverside House

We were 2 families (8 people) in Eugene for UO graduation and this house suited us perfectly. We had plenty of space to spread out and the yard and riverside setting were amazing. In addition we were able to walk to the graduation ceremony at Autzen as it was less than a mile.

Duck Game

The house is perfect for a large group. We were 4 couples in town for a duck game, and the house is in an ideal location to walk to autzen. Hot tub stand up paddle boards and the big screen TVs. Kept us busy. We will definitely rent this place again.

UoO Parent’s Weekend

This house really offers a home away from home to spend time with daughter, her friends and family. Watched Spring footballl and after a short walk back, were able to watch Oregon baseball on big TV in family room. A great place to relax, talk walks along the river. The house offers so much, is easy access to campus and shops snd the hosts really made it so simple to enjoy our stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Happy Holidays!

We rented the house so we could have a place to gather for a Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day family get-together. The house was decorated beautifully. The Christmas spirit was alive. The house was well stocked, and had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner. Overall, the trip was successful, and we were happy with our accommodations.

Perfect for our couples weekend

We came to visit friends/family and stayed at this wonderful property with one other couple. The house has all of the amenities you need and then some. The back yard is beautiful with so many lounging options. We used the brand new paddle boards as well as the little electric boat; so much fun to cruise up and down the canal. We were able to check in early, and home was very clean. Will definitely return.

Don't look any further - this property has everything.

If I could give the property more stars I would. The owners are amazing and are available if you need anything. The home is perfect for a getaway. I'll be surprised if you want for anything. The property had so many extras. Plus an amazing view. I can't say enough. I will be back next year.

Beautiful house and yard. Pictures don't do the property justice.

We had multiple generations staying at this house. Very comfortable for 7 people, ranging in age from 17 months to 63. Plenty of room for everyone the back yard is a great escape. Plenty of shade during the day and right on the water so it doesn't feel as warm as it really is. The younger people in the group really enjoyed the little boat the is on the canal. We enjoyed our stay and didn't want to come back to the hot weather and real world.

Got the job done

Overall the property was okay. The location was beautiful and peaceful. The house and outdoor area was extremely cluttered. The house was muggy upon arrival and most of the windows were missing screens, making it uncomfortable for me to leave windows open overnight. Deck area was incredibly dirty. Light fixtures/chandelier partially covered with cobwebs. Probably wouldn’t rent this house again next year.

Your response leaves me perplexed. You received a greatly discounted rate It is also still very cold and rainy in May here. I think you’re upset because after my neighbors called me and informed me that a school bus was outside and all the kids were getting off the bus and going in our property, I called you about it and you didn’t like being held accountable for the fact that you said 5 people were staying at the property not 25. Also we don’t have screens because we have central heating and air.

Disappointed, felt like an unwelcome visitor in someone's home

The location is wonderful, but the house is clearly owner occupied which I don't care for. The drawers and closets are completely full of their things, the refrigerator packed with their food and cars in the garage and driveway. There are notes about not wearing shoes or playing the heirloom piano and cameras everywhere. I felt like I was an unwelcome visitor in someone's home. We have stayed at many VRBO homes, and this was the first one that was a complete disappointment.

We are perplexed by your review and also very sad that you were disappointed. When we talked with the gentlemen at the house during your stay he said he was very happy with everything. There are security cameras outside but none inside the home. The two refrigerators in the house are empty. The one refrigerator in the garage does have food in it. We appreciate your feedback because we strive to create a very comfortable environment for everyone and will certainly take your comments into consideration.
