Beautiful and private setting with easy access to all that the outer cape has to offer! The living/dining room opens up through double sliding doors onto a multilevel deck and natural landscaped gardens and yard rolling down to wetland. Three spacious bedrooms including king master suite are on the main level. Additional living space downstairs include game room with pool table and home theater, and playroom with additional sleeping space. Multiple living spaces make this house perfect for family gatherings. The house is equipped with high speed internet and desks in living room and master suite for telecommuting needs. It's a short stroll to water views and access to Pleasant Bay, under 2 miles to beautiful Nauset beach on the National Seashore, and 3 miles to Orleans Main St with shopping, art galleries, restaurants, and the Cape Cod Rail bike trail.

The gardens were even more beautiful in person than they were in photos. The house was very well appointed and easy to move right in and to live in for a week. I hesitate to give it too great a review because I want it to be available next summer when we decide when we can take vacation.

Great vacation property

Great house complete with all amenities including bikes, beach chairs,pool table in finished basement, grill, games, well furnished, and more. Beautiful yard with great deck to view it from. Area was very nice with short drive to stores, restaurants.

Fabulous, restful stay.

We all really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It's in a great location for exploring the Cape and a great base to relax and unwind. Lovely, clean, spacious accommodation and the garden is simply beautiful. We were all charmed the many visiting birds, bunnies and chipmunks. We all highly recommend this lovely home and would return in a heartbeat.

Perfect Cape Escape

This home is lovely and has everything you need to make any length of stay enjoyable. From the park-like landscape complete with an abundance of wildlife, to kids toys and beach supplies, this home has it all! You don't need to leave home to experience the beauty of the Cape but easily can as beaches and restaurants are plentiful nearby. Our family of 8 including 3 young children loved our trip and would look forward to visiting again!

We all had a great time. The property owners are very responsive. There is much to do in both in Orleans and surrounding towns. We continue to learn more and more about the Orleans and surrounding area each time we visit. We would highly recommend this property!

Magical Retreat on the Cape

Immaculate property in a secluded area. The house is configured to work perfectly with two families with kids and the garden is magnificent. Close to everything the outer Cape has to offer. Hope we can return next year!

Excellent, clean quiet home

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We booked it at the last minute, and we were incredibly happy with the property and the location. It was incredibly convenient to Orleans, Nauset Beach as well as many outdoor activities. The property itself is beautifully landscaped, in a tranquil neighborhood with an excellent outdoor deck. The indoor space was clean with an excellent open floor plan.

Outstanding property!

Fantastic home! Very quiet neigborhood. Excellent location! Less than two miles by back roads to Nauset Beach. Close to 6A and 6 but secluded at the same time. Bicycles were great in a newer shed.

Summer Family Getaway

This property was exactly how it was described and the owners are prompt about responding to questions. The home was perfect for our family and was one of the cleanest we have rented! All of the beds were super comfortable as well! The outdoor space was peaceful and spacious and the well maintained. This home had everything we needed and more! Wonderful Cape Cod experience!

So many nice things to say about this property...the area...and our experience. Owners were very communicative/responsive. It was obvious they take pride in this lovely Cape Cod home, with a thoughtful renovation, comfortable furnishings, and all the amenities we needed to have a pleasurable stay. The backyard is an oasis of songbirds, flowers and grasses. Easy access to nearby beaches, shopping, restaurants and day-trip to Provincetown. We found plenty to do. Could have easily stayed another week! This one is staying on our 5-star list! Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful Cape Cod experience!
