# 506 Shipmates Beach House: 200 mètres sur une route de gravier menant au secteur privé de la plage de Nauset Toit-terrasse! Vues sur l'eau! Grand jardin manucuré pour les jeux de plein air. Une fois à l’entrée privée de la plage de l’association (�� seulement 3 minutes à pied), c’est une autre belle et brève promenade de 7 minutes sur le marais de Nauset jusqu’à la plage. Cette promenade est aussi paisible que possible. Notre maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes dans un très grand lit et quatre lits jumeaux. L'intérieur spacieux permet à votre famille de s'étendre et de se détendre après une journée passée à la plage. Il y a une cuisine bien équipée pour préparer les repas. La belle terrasse extérieure et le grand jardin privé sont parfaits pour savourer un dîner ou un cocktail à l'extérieur. Douche extérieure Pristine, pour ceux qui préfèrent se rincer à l'extérieur!
Cette maison est un excellent choix pour un groupe de 6 personnes ou moins qui veulent être dans un quartier par excellence de Cape Cod, à 10 minutes à pied de la meilleure plage de Cape et avoir suffisamment d’espace pour que toute la famille se détende. Les chiens sont les bienvenus!

Great house, beautiful location.

The house is wonderful, in a great neighborhood and very close to the beautiful beach. There are lots of nice restaurants nearby. Del Mar also does a great job and is as flexible as possible.

My family had a great experience at this lovely home! Located a peaceful distance off the road, an easy walk to the beach, minutes from town. Perfect combination of privacy and access. I highly recommend this for any family looking for a Cape Cod getaway!

Quiet, secluded and peaceful

We really enjoyed our stay here in early June! The home itself is spacious and well maintained, and the property is very quiet and peaceful. The beach is a short walk away, and is secluded; we were often the only ones on the beach regardless of the time of day. We look forward to staying here again!

Convenient.

The house was as advertised. Older decor, but everything we need it for a great Thanksgiving dinner with family.very private, and convenient to the beach. Only suggestion would be to get a real TV.

Quiet getaway

This home gave us just what we wanted. It was relatively secluded and incredibly quiet. Easy walk to the beach. You can't tell from the website, but dogs aren't allowed on the beach during the summer - that would have been good to know - but it worked fine the way it was.

Listing was accurate. The 1 cleanliness issue is that the screened in porch needs to be cleaned. It was covered in pollen. Otherwise the property was great.

If you love spending time at the beach, this is the place for you!

Super easy rental process through VRBO/ Del Mar vacation rentals. Checkin was seamless, house was exactly as described, and had everything we needed! Private section of Nauset beach just at the end of the road! The only reason I didn’t rate this five stars is because the mosquitos were so bad in the yard we couldn’t spend anytime out there…we literally had to put shoes on right before going outside, and had to run out with the can of “OFF” at the ready - my daughter had so many bites that swelled up and needed Benadryl and cortisone cream. No bugs at the beach though, and there is a small screened in porch, so it did not detract from our overall enjoyment during our vacation. Would definitely recommend!! Just bring lots of bug spray!

Almost Perfect

Lovely house and property, well maintained and tastefully decorated. Comfortable, homey atmosphere. Had a wonderful time. Two thoughts. Although worth it the cost is not low and given that, or maybe even discounting that, the tone of boilerplate communications with management was a little sharp and demanding. However interactions with the actual people was friendly. Second, check-in is a little late and check out is a little early. Changing them to 2 P.M. and 10 A.M. would give guests the feeling that they weren’t losing a day at either end of their “weekly” rental and would allow a less rushed departure at the end of a relaxing vacation.

Crashing Wave Beach House

The property was fantastic in location, style, amenities, and character of the home. We felt like it was a perfect fit for us immediately, down to the German books in the library. The 4 star rating for cleanliness was only for the weathered windows - otherwise it was spotless and welcoming. The management team was great - immediately responsive, helpful, friendly, and accommodating to every need and request. We shared this magical place with family and friends - hard to believe it is available to us. We are planning to return with no hesitations at all - in fact, can't wait for the next opportunity to walk to the "crashing wave beach'.

Great stay at this property, house was cozy , loved the screen porch and open yard for games and relaxing. The walk to private beach is lovely and the beach was so peaceful. Great location to down town shops and restaurants. We hiked to Pochet Island and explored one day, highly recommend. Thank you!

We enjoyed our overall stay. The communication process, check in, check out was excellent. The location was very nice and relaxing. Easy to get to other destinations. There were quite a few carpenter ants at the house and it was a bit musty. One suggestion is to put a light at the bottom of the steps near the driveway. Again, overall we loved our first time experience on the Cape and we are thinking about our next Cape Cod vacation. Thank you

The consummate beach house...the property offers casual liviing and easy beach access.

We had a wonderful month at this casual yet roomy beach property. The house offers lots of windows to open, a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of kitchen ware, and a lovely screened porch. The property is spacious, yet relatively private and the deck is perfect for sun bathing, eating outdoors or just enjoying the sound of the waves. The management company, Del Mar Vacations, was responsive and handles all phases of maintenance. The easy access to a private and beautiful section of Nauset Beach was the ultimate benefit! We would recommend a vacation here,
