The condo has 1 king bed and 1 pull-out sleeper sofa that can fit 4 people comfortably. Fully stocked kitchen with dining table for 4.

Full bathroom stocked with all basic amenities. Don't forget to soak up some sun at our pool as well. Coin laundry on site for your convenience

Note: Bedroom TV not currently available due to power surge after recent storm. TV in living room fully functional.

Clean with lots of space. We just did an overnighter so check in seemed a little late in the afternoon but it all worked out well. We would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful visit! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Easy parking close to unit. It’s in an awesome location, close to the beach and beach access. The condo is much bigger than it appears in pictures. We will definitely return!

This was a cute older condo, had pool and beach access. Upon arrival to unit A/C was inoperable, contacted the host and communication was good, but no resolution on getting A/C fixed that evening, no resolution on alternate stay. We had to sleep in a humid unair conditioned condo for the night. I was promised a discounted price due to the inconvience, but already charged on VRBO, and any further communication with the host stopped. I eould have given them 1 star, but A/C was fixed the following afternoon. Only, problem was we had to be gone most the day to stay out of gthe heat. There were also so convience items such as no hand soap, front door lock was questionable easy to open, unless deadbolted from inside. No TV remote, TP was empty, but we found a roll. I am very displeased after the fact the host, cut off all communications and failed to compensate for our inconvience.

Everything was great!

Perfect for our small family to stay for a couple of days! We loved spending the evenings in the pool. Everything was close by too.

Perfect vaca getaway

Our time at this condo was great! It was actually bigger than it looked in the pictures. There’s a bridge that you can walk to the beach from the property and it even has a shower area that came in handy. The condo had all the kitchen appliances and things that we needed to be able to cook instead of going out for every meal. There were hygiene products provided as well that was very much appreciated. I really enjoyed our stay!

Great spot to experience port aransas!

Can’t say enough good things about this property. The location is perfect! It’s close to the beach, restaurants and all of the souvenir shops. There’s an easy to use boardwalk on the property, about a 5 minute walk that ends up between mile marker 4 and 5 on the beach. The beach location is great especially if you plan to rent a golf cart and meet people there. The condos have two pools that are well maintained and have plenty of seating. The maintenance and condo staff were very friendly and welcoming. The balcony for the property has a good view that overlooks one of the pools. The condo itself was very clean and well stocked with all of the essentials for cooking. The floorpan for the unit was nice and well spaced, it was definitely bigger then I expected it to be. Robert was an excellent host, very responsive had excellent communication and made sure everything was ready for my arrival. I felt sad leaving but I will definitely be booking this condo again in the future!

Do Not Recommend

This property sits in a great location in proximity to the beach and restaurants, etc. The condo was clean. The pool was pleasant and clean. This is where the positives end. This property was infested with fire ants (kids got bites sleeping in the living area), couch bed was unusable- it’s very old, worn out and foundation has broken parts (the kids had to sleep on air mattress we got while there), no parking directions or property map were provided beforehand, BBQ grills were unkept. We booked last minute because our previously reserved property sold within days of our vacation and I should have opted for a hotel.
