The Space

Welcome to your home away from home in Biloxi! We've designed our condo to provide all the comforts you need, adding a personal touch to ensure your stay is as wonderful as we'd want for ourselves.

This beautifully furnished, 1200 sq ft condo features an open floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Relax and unwind on two private balconies, offering fantastic views of the sparkling swimming pool and the Gulf.

The master suite is a true retreat, complete with a private bathroom featuring a separate shower and a luxurious whirlpool tub. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare anything from a quick snack to a gourmet meal.

* Kitchen Features: Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (refrigerator with ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher), and a breakfast bar for casual dining.
* Entertainment: A Smart TV in the living room, plus TVs in each bedroom, all with cable and free WIFI access.
* Convenience: A full-size washer and dryer are located in the unit. We provide high-quality linens, and starter supplies to ensure your stay is comfortable from the moment you arrive.

Guest Access

Enjoy complete privacy and convenience with keyless entry to the entire condo. As our guest, you'll also have access to the complex's fantastic amenities, including a large swimming pool and direct beach access just across the street.

This was our second stay at The Dunes! Just the absolute best place to stay! Justin is so friendly and always checks in to see if you need anything and the condo is always nice and clean! We had another great time!

Biloxi beach vacation

Biloxi dunes is an older condo that sits across the beach of a busy 4 lane road. It is 4th condo bldg in the back of the dunes and bldg A,B,C and then D. Your view is peekaview at best. The pool which is noisy and tennis court in desperate need of refurbishing is a more accurate description of the view. The place is clean but somewhat dated

Super cute!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was super cute, spotless, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Nice stay in Biloxi, Prompt Response!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the condo. Everything was just as pictured. The beds were cozy and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Our grandchildren loved playing in the pool, and the people were very friendly. It was like a home away from home. We did have a couple of issues, but Andre addressed them very promptly. While occasional issues can arise, I was impressed with how quickly they were resolved. He was such a gracious host. I highly recommend this condo if you are in the area. My family and I will definitely stay again!

The exteriors of these buildings here are on the older side, and there is some construction. But the interior makes up for it! It's one of the most beautiful, clean condos I've stayed in. Wonderful decor, real/sturdy furniture, fully stocked, and immaculate! This was our first time seeing MS beaches, and honestly, we didn't get in the water; no one was, but if I ever find myself going back for some reason, I would stay here again.

I purchased Biloxi because it is close to where I live, and I enjoy visiting the area. It is a fun town with access to the beach. It also has opportunities for great concerts.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The Villas are located centrally on the 26-mile public beach, and within walking distance of many restaurants, pubs, casinos, and other entertainment. The Coliseum is 1 mile away, and the brand-new Aquarium is in downtown Gulfport across from Jones Park. It is classed as one of the Top 10 in the nation! In addition, there are children's activities, a hand's-on Discovery Center (another Top 10 classification), museums of seafood, aviation, and model trains, a Presidential Library and Antebellum Home, charter and Schooner boat trips, shrimp boat excursions, a ferry trip to Ship Island where there is a Civil War Fort, porpoise-watching cruises, a riverboat cruise, tons of restaurants, pubs-both casual and fine dining, and casinos that are top notch. We are less than 1 mile from the Kids Arcade with video games, go carts, bumper cars, and bowling. For the Adult Kid, racing go cart track for high-speed track racing.
