Enjoy sand, sun, and relaxation in a unit located on the 4th floor in the only building ON THE BEACH in Biloxi, MS. Our home overlooks the Gulf of Mexico where you can enjoy the crash of the waves from the balcony. Take in the beautiful Mississippi Coast sunsets from the main bedroom, balcony off the living room, or directly on the beach which is just a few steps from the building. Located conveniently along the Biloxi Boardwalk which allows access to eating, shopping and fun. The Treasure Bay Casino is across the street if you're interested in a delicious meal, playing the tables or wagering a few bets. Across the street from Big Play Entertainment, go karts, and minigolf. Lots of entertainment options just steps away!
Maybe you'd prefer to stay in and prepare a meal in the well stocked kitchen? Pots and pans, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, and toaster provided. Wi-Fi and Direct TV provide in home entertainment options. Workout in the gym and relax in the sauna both available on site! Two outdoor pools are located on the property one of which is heated in December, March and April.

Were there for Crusin the Coast, and it was the perfect place to stay. Easy to get to and could sit and watch the cars go by from the balcony. Will definitely stay here again!

Amazing Condo. From the view to the location it was absolutely amazing. We also enjoyed the 2 pools located on the property.

Beautiful property. Safe and gated. Perfect boardwalk to the beach and all the way down to restaurants. We watched dolphins from the balcony and the sunsets are wonderful.

Excellent stay right on the beach

The hosts were great at communicating. Check in was seamless. The condo is in a great location right on the boardwalk juat a short walk from great restaurants.

Perfect Condo in Perfect Location!!

We couldnt of asked for a bettwr condo and host! The location was absolutely perfect and we liked how the place is gated in! The condo was exactly as pictured and very clean. Highly recommend!!

Perfect in Biloxi

The condo was perfect very clean and lots of room no to mention the view especially early in the morning watching the sun come up and taking a walk on the beach as the sun goes down. Close to plenty of good restaurants, Shaggys was fun and good food. We had breakfast on the balcony enjoying the morning breeze. We would recommend this condo if you're in the area.

Beach Side Comvenience

Stayed here with my daughter & grandchildren. I chose this location because of the direct access to the beach & gulf. The convenience is immeasurable when you have small children. Having two pools to choose from was nice but we didn’t spend much time there. The property is well maintained & clean. Parking is easy & convenient. Condo was spacious & provided the expected amenities.

Little birthday get-a-way

Took my husband for a little birthday weekend to Biloxi and this was the perfect place. It is right on the beach with a pool for those who prefer. The boardwalk right behind the condominium allowed us to venture to a few restaurants as well. From making the reservation, to check, to check out it was a breeze. The condo was clean and supplied with everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely look up this property again if we are in the area!

Louisiana family seeking clean sand

We always enjoy staying at the Sea Breeze. The beach front convenience and the security of the building is wonderful. The Sunset Spectacular is just that....Spectacular! Very Clean, and gorgeous bedside view. Waking to that view was just what we needed for a wonderful July 4th experience. Thanks again!!

Amazing Ocean View!

The Ocean view every morning when waking up was beautiful! We had an amazing time on our stay and the condo was the perfect place to be. We came down from southern IL during cruising the coast and had a front row seat right on HWY 90, without dealing with any traffic or parking! The gated parking with our own space kept us free of that stress! It was nice to walk the boardwalk and use the volley ball court on the private beach as well. We will be coming back!

Weekend delight

We are both 78 and handicapped with 2 walkwrs. This condo was great fo usespecially the view. We also enjoyed tge patio. We spent 90 percent of our stay in the condo due to our limitations it was extremely cimfortable. The only peoblem we had which was no fault of our hostess was the toulets were too low for old people and there were no grab bars to help us get u.eeverMl

Nice Location

The listing pictures are accurate. The view from the balcony and bed room is amazing. Plenty of space for a family without being cramped. There isn’t a lot of activities around the condo but the beach was private and not crowded. Did not like all the glass on the beach. A few of the outlets didn’t work.

Wonderful view!

The view at this condo was wonderful! The condo was overall nice. Just no extra stuff in kitchen to get you by for a night like salt, pepper, coffee creamer and such as that. There was a little coffee and a couple of packs of sweetener and that was it. There was a basket with a couple of waters and snacks which was nice. Feel very safe staying here by myself. It’s very quiet except for a/c in master bedroom is a little loud. I would stay definitely stay here again.
