Located within minutes of the Virginia Creeper Trail, Mountain Streams, Lakes, National Forests, Shopping & historical Barter Theater.

Enjoy adventures such as hiking, biking, hunting, fishing, horse back riding, boating, kayaking, & fine dining. We are located approximately 4 tenths of a mile from the Virginia Creeper Trail. It is located at the midpoint of the Virginia Creeper Trails 34 mile Trail stretch. It is less than 2 miles from the town of Damascus, Virginia, approximately 9 miles from Abingdon, Virginia and 36 miles from Bristol Motor Speedway.

We personally manage our cabins and look forward to having you as our guests!

Great communication, location, and super cozy cabin. This was our second stay at the property and we’re definitely looking forward to returning again. This cabin was perfect for the two of us and we enjoyed the afternoon sunshine on the deck!

The cabin was clean and comfortable and was close to all of the hiking trails we were interested in as well as close to Damascus for dining. The decor was beautiful and Rachel clearly thought of all the provisions we would need including firewood and charcoal! We will be back!

A really cute cabin and it was a great location! It was right in Damascus and also close enough to other State Parks and trails I wanted to visit. It was very clean. Also, their welcome book was very well thought out. I would enjoy staying here again!

Love love love this cozy cabin! it was clean and stocked everything we could need. There is a keurig which also had a regular coffee pot attached. Lovely gray large coffee cups we took out to the deck to enjoy the sunset. The outside patio was a dream with string lights and a swing! They have a fire pit and a grill which we weren’t there long enough to use; but plan to next time. The linens and decor were warm and inviting. We found the cabin to be beautiful and enjoyed it and our time in Damascus. The host was quite nice and quickly answered our question. We will return!

Cozy stay in Damascus

This is a fantastic little cabin, and the hostess is very easy to communicate with, providing helpful information well in advance for a smooth check-in. The bed is super comfy and the area is generally quiet with a little road noise from time to time. No issues parking a full size truck. Our 2 boys weren’t opposed to sharing the sleeper sofa and everything was exceptionally clean. There is a nearby grocery store and the kitchen possesses the basics to prepare meals. A great value and great spot for a family hiking/biking getaway!

Awesome experience

Everything from beginning to end was exceptional. Communication with the host/owner was easy and always promptly responded to. The cabin is fantastic. It has everything you need. So comfortable and inviting. Very quiet and relaxing. We were blessed to see to young fawns in the yard one morning. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful piece of heaven.

We loved our stay at this cozy cabin!! It is so clean! The covered porch was a favorite for coffee in the morning and relaxing in the evening. Our pup loved laying out there too. The fireflies after dark were everywhere! We watched a deer and 2 fawns each morning. The kitchen has everything you need. Bed is comfortable. We can’t wait to come back!

Creeper Trail Adventure

We had a lovely time relaxing in the cabin after spending a beautiful day riding the VA Creeper Trail from Abingdon back down to Damascus. The lodging was comfortable and clean. My son is stoked to come back to “our cabin” in the fall, and we will be back! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Nice spot to take a break

The cabin is close to town, easy to find, surrounded by wildlife below the view deck. We find odds and ends that we need for cooking and what not. Clean, convenient, and good communication with landlord when needed about details.

Riding on the Creeper Trail

Everything was great! We never did manage to ride our bikes all the way up Vails Mill Rd., but was able to ride once we got closer to the top. Proximity to Creeper Trail was a bonus. The trip from Abingdon to Damascus is an awesome ride or just the ride to Alvarado Station and back is great. Ride in to town, look and shop and come back to the cabin and grill burgers. Burgers on a charcoal grill in the mountains taste better that you can ever imagine! As awesome trip in an awesome cabin. Life is great!

Cozy and Relaxing

The cabin itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. You get the rustic feel of a remote cabin without giving up modern conveniences like reliable Wi-Fi, streaming TVs, new appliances, and heat/air conditioning. The location is convenient to Damascus and Abingdon, and the area is very quiet and peaceful. The host communication was prompt, clear, and friendly. It was a great home base for local activities (Creeper Trail, breweries, antique shops, etc.), and we look forward to returning.

Weekend Getaway

My husband and I love the town and surrounding area of Damascus. We often camp and ride the creeper trail throughout the summer months and try to get up to this area in the winter as well. This was our first time staying at Cozy 4 Guest cabin and it was perfect! Very clean, great location for us and yes perfectly cozy! We will be back, thanks for a great stay.
