First floor master with king bed and attached bathroom. Two other bedrooms on first floor, as well. 6 person hot tub with water feature. Large table seats 10 and round table in kitchen seats 6. Tables are 10 feet apart. Driveway holds 5 cars. Spectrum high speed internet and cable package.

All guests are welcome to use the neighborhood community pool during the summer months.

The entire cabin is yours to use and enjoy. We will provide the front door smart-lock entry code to the primary guest prior to check-in. We pride ourselves on a very clean, well-maintained cabin. The cabin is professionally cleaned before and after each stay and we will assist with any issues that may arise.

Guest Access:
Entire house, large deck, firepit.

Other Things to Note:
Please know all our properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking or vaping, of any kind, is not permitted inside. Any sign of smoking is a violation of our rental agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $1500.

Pet are NOT allowed and any sign of pets will incur fees beginning at $500 per pet.

No parties or events.

Please note that this property has a propane tank for the grill, but we do not refill/replace empty containers, nor do we reimburse for refills. There may be enough propane for your use from the previous guests, but if not, empty containers can be exchanged at gas stations, grocery stores, etc.

Guests will be provided with starting amounts of coffee, toilet paper, soap, paper towels, a garbage bag, dish soap and a dishwasher pod. Guests will be responsible for providing their own after the initial amounts are gone.

Please note that COVID-related cancellations are no longer honored. If a positive COVID diagnosis or exposure to COVID prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, the standard cancellation policy will remain in force. Should a guest choose to cancel their reservation under these circumstances, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation.
