The Space:

Beautiful Romantic condo with private balcony and hot tub.



- There is a small step going down from the entryway to the kitchen area.

- IMPORTANT: We’ve become aware of ongoing construction next to our property. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, as we do not own or manage the neighboring property. We are unsure how long the construction will continue or what time it will start each day. We are adding this as a disclosure and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you.



BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, effective October 14, 2025 at 5:00 PM.: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.

As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!

Wish I could live here!

I love this rental! It was very clean and charming with a comfortable bed, washer and dryer, and a nice hot tub on the balcony. 10/10 would stay again.

Anniversary celebration getaway

Nice location to Main Street and attractions. Cozy property with two porches. The whirlpool was the bonus that decided are decision for this property.

Relaxing get away

My wife and I stayed at this property for two nights. The location was excellent being right in the shopping area of Main street. The location itself was wonderful. It was very clean cozy. We will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing Fredericksburg VRBO!

This is such a cute property with everything you could ask for. It was so clean and cozy for our stay and the location could not be any better. You can see Main Street and the Marktplatz from the window. It's convenient and such a quick, easy walk. It's so nice to not have to worry about parking. We will definitely plan to stay here again!

Very good place. Separate bedroom, living room and kitchen was perfect for us as a couple. Great location for an easy walk to all the shops. Being right on Adams street was handy, but traffic was a little noisy at times
.but overall, great place.

Three night getaway — convenient to downtown

We had an enjoyable Fri-Mon stay. This lodging is well stocked and comfortable. We were able to walk to Main Street and nearby stores and restaurants. The outside hot tub worked well, but the cloth curtains for privacy on the deck were useless when any wind was present. Wooden slats might solve this.

Love this place and location.

Have stayed here before and loved it. There were some shortcomings this time around. The remote on the bedroom fireplace didn't work and the front porch outlet which powers the electric grill didn't have power. Still had a great time and loved staying here.

We really liked the location of this property. It was our second time staying here so we were really looking forward to it because of the private hot tub. Unfortunately, it was not working properly during our trip and we were only credited 56.00 for the three nights we stayed, which was over 1,000.

Great location!

The property was great and very close to all the shops downtown. The restaurant right across the street was awesome. We had just one problem regarding the bathroom in the home. It is at the opposite end of the unit off the kitchen and made maneuvering at night tricky with a step down from the hall into the kitchen. It was probably already plumbed for water there, but it was the only inconvenience. Still a great property

This is the PERFECT place to stay for a couple in Fredericksburg!! It’s within the best walking distance to Main St. Hill & Vine is literally across the street and such a cute place! HEB is just down the block as well! The place was even better in person than in the pictures! The bed was SO SO comfy! We loved the robes provided as well. The hot tub was the perfect relaxation after a long day of walking & wine tasting! The set up is a little different considering the bathroom is across the space and not with the bedroom, but it also made it nice because I woke up earlier and didn’t disturb him while getting ready or showering! The curtains on the balcony were nice when we were in the hot tub except it got windy and the curtains wouldn’t stay closed! We remedied this by placing the chairs and small table against the railing so we could still enjoy the privacy. This was the most perfect weekend in Fredericksburg & this place helped provide us with such an amazing experience! We will most definitely be staying here if we go again as well as letting our friends know about this wonderful treasure of a place! Thank you so much!
