Romantic and quaint describes this adorable 1 bedroom cottage with private hot tub, outdoor bed, fire pit. This is a great place for a couple looking for a romantic getaway! Sip some champagne in the hot tub and celebrate that special loved one in your life. The Space:

Romantic one bedroom cottage with private hot tub located in downtown area.



- We provide a Keurig and Regular coffee maker

- BBQ Grill available, please BYO charcoal

- Gas fire pit available

- House is not fully fenced, the parking area near front door is open, but remaining area is fenced.

- There is no kettle or toaster at the house, this is not something we advertise.



BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, effective October 14, 2025 at 5:00 PM.: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.

As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!

Nice cozy space for two.

The location of the property was good. It is very close to neighboring houses, which makes privacy kind of hard. There were a few issues with smell of hot tub and cleanliness. It was a nice stay, just wish the privacy was better and up keep of the place. I did reach out to host and they quickly responded and said they would let their cleaning service know. Host was very responsive. The pictures around the hot tub are not accurate in regards to the lighting and such but over all a nice stay.

Location location

Walking distance from everywhere you want to go and everything you want to see. The house was quiet secluded and a block away from Main st. The backyard is peaceful secluded and relaxing I couldn't ask for a better stay. I will be staying here again shere again

Short walk to the Old German Bakery for breakfast, easy walk to all the Main Street shops and restaurants. Neat place to stay. Awesome outdoor space with hot tub and swinging bed. Lots of easy parking.

Simply the BEST

We drove in Friday in time for lunch, walked and shopped Main Street until our check in time. After check in, we got to relax in the hot tub before getting ready for dinner. The restaurant/ bar was just a short walk away! On Saturday, we did several wine tours, got a pizza, and watched a movie on the couch! We both checked off several places we wanted to visit, but never once felt rushed or stressed. Everything about this trip was so easy, and I know this has A LOT to do with where we stayed. Thank you for letting us stay, relax, and have fun!

Anniversary trip
