Enjoy the charm of this chic midcentury house for your next trip! The 1 bed/1 bath house has an attached garage, laundry, full kitchen, and central A/C and heat. With a queen bed, full couch, and single seater couch that converts to a bed, the house can accommodate up to 4 guests. The yard is perfect for coffee, al fresco dining, and is equipped with a Weber BBQ.

The location is near the freeway which has the pro of easy access to prime locations but the con of freeway noise outside the house.

Clean, conveniently located and cute bungalow

We really enjoyed our stay. The owner included very thoughtful touches to make our stay easy. Very clean, conveniently located near the freeway. If you sleep in the living room, a pair of earplugs can help make for a good night’s sleep. Bedroom mattress very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked and functional. Owner very responsive throughout the process.

Great Little Bungalow

As they say in Real Estate: location, location, location! This place has an excellent location. Very conveniently located right off the 210 (noise from the freeway when trying to sleep was the only downside) which made going to all of our desired destinations very easy. The house was very clean and had 99% of what we needed. The 1% that was missing was a second bed and bedroom, which we had thought it had because it was listed on vrbo as a 2 bedroom 1 bath. The listing description stated elsewise that it was actually only a one bedroom, so we were a bit shocked that it didn’t have the second bedroom we had thought we’re signing up for. Oh well, everything else about the house is perfect. I would recommend this house nonetheless. Suited us mostly perfectly and we all enjoyed it.

Perfect for our stay in La Crescenta

This lovely cottage was perfect for our stay visiting family in La Crescenta. The house is very clean, the decorations and furniture are all very cute, and it had all the amenities that we needed (including central AC). It’s super near the Main Street with grocery stores etc. As advertised, it’s a small house, but it worked perfectly for our family. It would be great if black out curtains were added in the living room as it was quite bright in there in the morning for our kids.

Cute little home in convenient location.

Nice home in convenient location. Clean and well stocked. Having the garage to park car was a plus. Drawback but can also be plus is proximity to freeway. Earplugs took care of the noise.

Nice quaint cottage - clean and cozy. Great place for my husband and I to stay to visit our family in Montrose. Easy parking. Close to freeway. Comfortable and quiet.

Convenient, excellent property with privacy and thoughtful host

This is a great little property, well-situated and well-provisioned with garage and private patio. Contactless check-in was smooth. Wifi and amenities made this an easy stay. Kelly was an excellent host who moved us into a bigger unit on the property (at no additional cost to us) because electric company had to replace a power pole...this was very thoughtful and appreciated. We will recommend this property to any future out of town visitors.

Cozy and clean

Cozy little place for my hubby, 2 little doggies and me. The freeway is very close and easy to get to. Doggies adjusted fine to the rock yard. We utilized the washer/dryer and were thankful for the detached garage. I would feel safe staying here by myself.

Very cozy and clean.

Best VRBO rental we have stayed at in LA area. Convenient to the freeways and plenty of areas to shop. Kelly was very quick to respond to my questions and their house rules book was excellent. When I meant close to the freeways I meant you can hear the cars and trucks. I knew that beforehand and I also live near an interstate so not a problem for us. We always bring a sound machine, plus they provide an excellent air purifier which also masks the noise. No problems sleeping at night minimal car truck noise. This is an excellent value and a great place to stay all the amenities are clean and up to date. I highly recommend this rental.
