The apartment was very nice, clean and well appointed. The location worked well for us (Rose Parade and Rose Bowl game were our main activities). It was a rainy time in Altadena and we encountered some rainwater leaking from a cabinet in our first morning. The staff/ownership were responsive.

Nice clean apt in good location
Stayed with a friend overnight for New Years for the Rose Bowl Parade. The Apt looks exactly like the pictures. Kitchen is sparsly stocked with basic necessities. Nice size rooms, comfortable beds. Right next to the Bunny Museum. The only downside as a planner and traveling for 6 hours the property management would not send me the property information until an hour before checking in. Hence the minus one star.

Clean, spacious rooms with full kitchen
This apartment offered two large spacious bedrooms and newly renovated full bathrooms. The full kitchen and in-apartment washer and dryer were convenient amenities. I appreciated that the host stocked the apartment with all the toiletries and cleaners a guest could need. There was a covered parking spot under the unit and the location had some cute, independent coffee shops within a short walking distance. On-site building manager was responsive and helpful whenever anything was needed. Cell and internet was a little spotty but I think the whole neighborhood has that issue.
