Very spacious, penthouse with some of, if not the best views in Puerto. :located directly on the beach with wide ocean views. Three ocean facing master bedroom with en suite bathrooms. Best location in Puerto! Walk to the marina center, lounge by the huge pool or sunbathe in a chaise on our beach or read by the shade of one of the Villa del Mar palapas or enjoy a cocktail on the terrace. Great condo for relaxing and enjoying time with your family or friends. Check us out, you will not be disappointed.

Our family of 6 adults and a 2 year old had a great time at this property. I've stayed at roughly 8 different condos within Villa Del Mar over the last 20 years and they never disappoint. Each will condo will have it's own little issues. It's Mexico, with unreliable power and infrastructure so things are going to break or come up. It's how the property manager communicates and deals with the issues that turn a vacation for the bad. This property manager was phenomenal. Always stayed in constant communication, answered my texts almost immediately, and when problems arose had someone there to diagnose and fix the issues very quickly. I would stay there again.

Great location & beautiful decoration

The place is beautiful, beach front views with walking access to a calm beach. Really near to restaurants and shops. The condo was clean and got cleaning services during our stay. Property manager is always in contact and helpful.

what a wonderful vacation! We absolutely loved Puerto Aventuras, and our stay in C303. The property was very clean, well equipped with household items, and location could not be beat! The views, the views, the views!!! The housekeeping service was a bonus and well done. An extra perk of opening the door to a bouquet of flowers made us feel super special. We would definitely select this property again.

This time, our wish was fulfilled with this remarkable penthouse. The spacious penthouse provides ample room and is equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The pristine beach just steps away offers soft sand and crystal-clear waters. The dedicated grounds crew ensures the beach remains clean and inviting. There is plenty of safe swimming, ideal for families with children. The property is meticulously maintained, with lush gardens, two huge swimming pools, and well-kept pathways. The amenities cater to all ages and interests. The prime location offers proximity to Puerto Aventuras, a charming community with diverse restaurants, a renowned dolphin experience, a marina for boating and fishing, and quaint mom-and-pop shops. We are originally from Arizona and Chicago, lived in Texas for many, many years and now live in Idaho. We used to own the condo next door but sold it when our kids went off to school. However, we missed Puerto and when we heard this one finally became available, well, we just could not resist.

Puerto is charming and has always felt like home and there is something for everyone.

Our condo is unique because it is the middle penthouse in building "C" right on the beach! Being the middle condo means we have wide, sweeping views, the living area is quite a bit larger than the other three bedroom design in Villas Del Mar, The kitchen is large, well equipped and the dining room is quite ample as well. All the rooms in the condo have amazing views. The bedrooms are all master bedrooms, with king beds, ocean views and en suite baths. We love our condo and hope you will too,

Villas del Mar has a wonderful, big, pool, and plenty of chaises and palapas on the beach for you to relax and enjoy your vacation. The snorkeling out front is good and the marina with all the shops and restaurants is literally less than 100 yards away. Puerto offers, diving, snorkeling trips, deep sea fishing, spa services, golf, pickleball, paddle tennis, tennis, boat trips and is 30 minutes from Tulum, and hour and a half from Coba and is a really lovely place from which to base your Riviera Maya getaway.

If you rent a car be sure to go to the park in front of the sailing club and check out the beautiful natural lagoon and tiny Mayan Ruin. Also, one of our favorite hideaways is a tiny (5 tables) little restaurant called Josephine's in the jungle only 15 minutes from our condo. They only open a few days a week and you need to call ahead for a table.
