Summary:

Located in XpuHa, home to the finest beach along the Riviera Maya, the house offers proximity to plenty of local attractions. Both Puerto Aventuras and Akumal are a mere five minutes away, while the beach (Considered the best beach at Riviera Maya) is just 1KM away (Beach Club access its included). Cancun Airport its 1hr away, Playa del Carmen and Tulum 15-20 min away. Our dedicated team ensures your comfort and a seamless stay.



The Space:

This spacious house offers 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, complemented by a TV living room furnished with a comfortable sofa bed . It can accommodate up to 10 guests, ideally 4-6 adults and 4-6 children.



Outside, the patio is ready furnished with an outdoor dinning table for 6, a small lounge area, and a pool to beat the tropical heat (4 chaise lounge in the pool area).



The house is very close from the club house, boasting a full gym and a semi-Olympic length pool.



Xalmar Beach Club is only 3/4 of a mile away and is accessible to our guests. There is a fee of $250 per adult, $200 of which is credited towards consumption. close on mondays

Xpu Ha is an eco-friendly destination, which means its infrastructure may differ from that of large cities. Occasionally, there may be temporary interruptions in electricity or water supply, as the area relies on local systems and natural resources. Our guests are welcome to enjoy unrestricted access to the entire house and all the amenities within the development, including the gym and club house. We kindly ask that they adhere to the rules outlined by both the house and the development during their stay. For an enhanced experience at the beach club, we highly recommend booking through us in advance to secure a reserved space and ensure availability.



Other Things to Note:

The outdoor pool is cleaned every 3 days from your arrival. During certain seasons, there may be more fallen leaves.
