Cozy, lofty, and full of natural light, this three-bedroom condo offers a wonderful Winter Park location for adventure in every season. You'll be a few minutes by shuttle from world-class skiing, hiking, and mountain biking at Winter Park Resort, and a short stroll from the pool and hot tub at the rec center in Beaver Village.

This condo sits up on the third floor, offering lovely views of the surrounding woodland neighborhood. As you return from a day spent on the slopes less than three miles south, you can shed your gear on the hooks and bench by the door and step inside to warm up by the wood-burning fireplace. The living room also includes a cable TV and doors that connect to the shaded balcony.

There's a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances to assist you in preparing afternoon snacks and hearty dinners, as well as ample space to dine at the peninsula breakfast bar and the adjacent table. Additional amenities include TVs in all three bedrooms and free WiFi throughout.

Perfect location

Highly recommend this place for location, comfort, amenities, was excellent! It is on the 3rd floor so we got winded unloading and loading the car but worth it. Less than 4 miles from the WP resort.

Awesome Place!

This was a beautiful , well-decorated condo in a great location, right off of the Frazier River Trail that goes to either the Winter Park Village or Frazier. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans and other things for cooking such as spices. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Affordable, Comfortable, and Close to Ski Resort

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, though it’s on the third floor with no elevator, so it might be a bit challenging to carry equipment up if you’re not used to it. However, considering the price, it was definitely worth it.One of the highlights was the shuttle to Winter Park Ski Resort, which was conveniently located right in front of the building—super easy to access! The complex also has a pool and Jacuzzi, but we were pleasantly surprised to find a sauna as well, which wasn't mentioned in the listing. It was a perfect way to relax after a day of skiing.Overall, we had an amazing time

The property location is a bit sketchy and the stairs were not fun. The location said it slept 8 but there is no way you could fit 2 adults on the pull out couch. Refrigerator did not work at all and the freezer needed to be defrosted.

Listing description of location is WAY OFF

I booked this to be close to the base of Winter Park Resort. On the listing map it shows a location approximately 500 meters East of the resort (the Amtrak station is a good landmark). It described a “3 minute walk” to the Cabriolets and a “13 minute walk” to the gondola. So imagine my disappointment when I received the exact address and it was 4 MILES WEST of the resort. It would have been about a 1 HOUR walk down a busy mountain highway. Not 3 or 13 minutes. The actual address of this VRBO is 124 Village Drive. Check it out for yourself. Both VRBO and Vacasa have refused to refund any money for what was supposed to be a walking Spring Break Ski Trip

Winter park family condo

Had a great time in this condo with 2 little kids and family. Everyone had private space but a fun open living space to allow family game nights after long days of skiing. We loved that it was off site so less busy but still 3 mins from slopes and then 3 mins from shopping and restaurants. I recommend this for family's looking to have memories to share.

Map location is wrong, Vacasa property management is awful

We specifically chose this property because of the location on the map, which shows it at the base area near the Vintage Hotel. This is incorrect. We didn’t know that until we pulled up to the address. We were in town for an on-mountain event, so this was hugely frustrating. If you have seen reviews of Vacasa, the property management company in Winter Park, they are just awful. You will get to some call center and never receive any help. Big faceless corporate entity. Sat in the car in the rain for two hours after they told me someone would contact me. Of course that call never came. They had no notes about our situation. When I told Vacasa the map pin is wrong on their VRBO listing, which essentially ruined our plans, they said it was not their problem and for me to call Vrbo to get it corrected. Uh, ok. The property itself has been updated with a modern look. The beds are firm memory foam that run hot. The living room sofa is quite small and not very comfortable, so with the three bedroom most people will end up sitting in kitchen chairs. It’s a walk up with outside stairs to the third floor. The complex is like employee-type apartment housing. The cleaning was not the best and the duvet covers had some gross stains. Overall, the place is fairly cute and the price point is on the low end in Winter Park, but be prepared that if anything goes wrong you’re on your own.
