Renovated in 2021, this second-floor, two-level condo sleeps 5–6 guests and is located directly across from Attitash Mountain Ski Resort in the heart of the White Mountains!

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, air fryer, gas fireplace, A/C, Wi-Fi, and cable. Relax with two TVs, including a 65" screen in the living room. The condo offers approximately 800 square feet of cozy space with full access to all resort amenities and activities. The resort has 2 EV Charging Stations for guests.

The Location is Perfect for a Fun-Filled Getaway!

Located in Attitash Mountain Village, the condo is ideally situated for year-round adventures. You're just steps from the pedestrian tunnel to the lifts at Attitash Mountain, and close to dozens of local attractions:

5 miles to Story Land and Living Shores Aquarium
5.5 miles to North Conway Village — full of shops, restaurants, and family-friendly attractions
7 miles to Settler's Green Outlets
7 miles to Jackson Village
A short drive to hundreds of White Mountain hiking trails

Cranmore Mountain in North Conway offers more skiing, tubing, a mountain coaster, zip lines, and year-round family activities making for a perfect day trip downtown.

The home was overall updated and still provided cozy wintery feel. The location was ideal just a short walk to the Attitash ski lift. All the amenities that Attitash Village had to offer were available. Overall a great location and very inviting home. Highly recommend for families and friends.

Laurene’s condo was the perfect place for our stay. You can’t beat the location! A short 5 minute walk through a tunnel and you are at the lifts at Attitash. It was nice to have the amenities of the shared pool and hot tub as well and my son enjoyed the game room. The condo was clean and comfortable. Just as pictured. We would love to stay again.

Nice Property for Families

Had a great stay in the white mountains at this property. Condo is well stocked with everything needed for a nice stay, including all sorts of kitchenware. Space was very clean and included plenty of towels and extra blankets. We enjoyed the pools, hot tubs, and short walk to the river with our family. King bed was too soft for our liking (seems to have 6-8'' of memory foam topping it). Washer and dryer in unit were helpful. Checkout was reasonable with only request being to take trash to dumpster. One warning - the Attitash resort tried on 2 occasions to charge us additional fees (at checkin and checkout), I declined both without issue, but the communication around this was not great.

Beautiful place - odd layout

Wonderful place. We have stayed in many different units at Attitash Mountain Village and they all have different layouts. Pros: -Clean -Kitchen was modern and had everything needed to cook just about anything. -Open plan for living room/kitchen makes it nice and spacious feeling. -Smart TVs are a nice feature -King bed was cozy -Water pressure great in both showers -Next door to game room and indoor pool (and close walk just over the train tracks to outdoor pool) Cons (none are show stoppers for us and we would visit this condo again) -Might be nice to have some small things like salt and pepper/spices left in the kitchen - it is hard to remember all of those things (and a pain) -Upstairs layout is weird - you walk through the loft sleeping area to get to the queen room. Not really a problem for our group but just a heads up. -Queen room only has a sunlight and it felt a little uncomfortable to not have an egress from there - the only way out was back through the loft and down the stairs. Seems like a safety concern should there be a fire or anything.
