The home was roomy and clean. Loved the pool and patio with outside TV. We were very comfortable and had fun in the game room.

Had a great time here while we attended a local churches women’s conference. The pool was so much fun for the kids and they appreciated the extra toys. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Carlos was a great host and responded quickly to our concerns.

This is a great home for large families and hosting family gatherings. The rooms are all spacious and the neighborhood is quiet. The home is furnished nicely and there was plenty of areas for my children to play. The home has updated bathrooms and although the kitchen is outdated it functioned well. The host was prompt to respond to any inquiries. I would definitely stay at this property again next time we are in town.

Gaspy Weekend Success

The host (Carlos) was super friendly, responsive and available anytime I needed anything. There was plenty of room in the house and outdoor pool deck area for a large group gathering. I would def stay here again if I make it back down to Tampa.

Great Family Getaway

This is place has it ALL. Swimming pool to pool tables, and cards. It kept everone busy. There were ample of patking space and large living spaces. I'd definitely go again.

Top location

Great location, quiet neighborhood. Squirrels and woodpeckers to watch while lounging in the best warm pool! Few problems, but host answered immediately and took care of them. Older home than pictures look but still very nice

Perfect For Reunions

The layout of the home was superior and the heated pool was the cherry on the sundae. Plenty of space inside and out, ample parking and an owner ( Carlos)who is very responsive helpful and knowledgeable. No complaints…..a great choice for our fun group of 5 guys

The house wasn’t cleaned at all. I spent two hours cleaning. The couch was awful, inside and out. The bathroom showers were dirty and the overall house and pool area wasn’t clean.

Very nice stay in Brandon!

Very spacious property with a nice heated pool and tons of room for kids or a larger group to stay! Game room and pool were highlights for our kids for sure. Very clean and mostly updated, though the yard area and outdoors a little more run down. Could maybe use a few more supplies as far as more dishes, cooking pans, etc. given the size/capacoty. But overall a great stay for our family!

Awesome Location!!

This was a very impressive location in person. Everything that was described was true to form. The Host (Carlos) was very accommodating, helpful, knowledgeable and always available as needed. Staying at this location, you are close to a lot of restaurants, activities such as Top Golf, Skydiving, Ybor City and downtown Tampa and Brandon. I would highly recommend visiting this location. I'm looking forward to staying there once again.

Picture Perfect!

This gem in nestled in a quiet area but close to restaurants and shopping. My family and I visited for Spring Break and the kids really enjoyed the pool. Upon arrival, i had trouble unlocking the door (user error 😊), but Carlos responded via phone immediately. I highly recommend this property.

Nice house, needs some love!

The host is amazingly responsive to any and all needs. The inside of the house is very nice, however, overall the property needs some detailing work, especially the pool deck area. A nice deep clean would be awesome. Not the greatest neighborhood but overall a very nice home!

Nice place - Good host

This was a nice 5 BR house that accommodated 4 adult men with ease. 4 BR are on one side of the house and a 5th BR is in a mother/daughter apartment arrangement on the other side. We had a few issues that the host resolved very quickly. The house was in a nice safe neighborhood. It was very clean, parking was easy and the house was adequately stocked. There's a number of things that give the house a dated feel and it definitely could use a little TLC, but overall we were pleased.

Wedding of the Century

I couldn't say enough about this property nor its owner. Carlos was very quick to respond to any concern. I let him know we were there for my daughter's wedding, he sent over a case of Corona. Who does that??? This home was everything we needed and more, from the spacious rooms, huge pool, cleanliness, centrally located and game room. Look no further, this is the spot !

Several little things kept the score from being higher. No dish towels, had to buy sheets for two of the beds, toilet shower and washing machine backed up. The house was clean. Owner was easy to work with and responded quickly to get a plumber

Lots of space

We enjoyed our time here. There was plenty of space for our party of 7, both inside and outside. The game room was great for our card games, playing pool and watching college basketball. The heated pool was a bonus although we didn't use it much due to the colder air temperatures. Plenty of towels, dishes, cooking utensils/pans. Only thing I would add to the kitchen would be some smaller coffee mugs. The paper mugs were out and the taller mugs didn't fit in the coffee maker. Home was very clean. Very close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

The host Carlos has the best hospitality. He checked on us through out our 4 day stay making sure we didn't need anything. Everything was clean and operable. The property was even more beautiful in person. I stayed at many properties and this supersedes all of them by far. I will definitely book again on my next visit to Tampa.
