Short four day stay on Hilton Head Christmas, 2025. This Condo was a good choice for me, wife, and dog-Stella. Located in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the beach; and, close enough to shops/restaurant. This Condo is as well maintained as any VRBO Condo we’ve been in. Everything clean and in working order. Can’t say enough about Host-Pamela. She was extremely helpful in making sure our arrival was effortless. Never had an issue; but, it was peace of mind knowing she was only a text message away. When we revisited the Hilton Head area, I will make every effort to stay here again.

This was our second stay at this condo and again perfect. The location is great for us as we have family on the island. Plenty of supplies to get you started, clean and everything in great condition. Feels like home! Complex is quiet and well cared for. Owner is very accessible and checked in on us after we arrived. Thank you Pamela. We will be back again

What a great property! Well maintained, very tastefully furnished, and perfect for the two of us. The host was great and helpful to work with. Great convenient location close to the beach, arterial streets, bike path along the street, and a very nice sports bar also across the street. We never tried to use the pool. Great experience and we will probably be back to this specific property. Five stars are not enough overall!

We did not use the pool. Folly Field is our favorite part of the island, easy 4-minute walk to the beach. Good pathways to walk the neighborhood with our fur baby. Condo was very, very clean. We are grateful for the few short days that we spent there.

Great condo super close to the beach in an awesome neighborhood. Check-in and pick up of our parking pass was a breeze and Pamela made everything very simple for our stay. Our dogs loved the walk out access from the condo and ample areas to explore on and around the property. The bed is very comfortable and we had everything we needed for our time away from home to make it an enjoyable vacation. Fabulous restaurants nearby and super friendly people. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about this property. It had everything we needed! Five minute walk to the beach, beautiful property and home. Communication with owner was great. It truly felt like home for a week! Great if you have a pet too. The owner literally thought of everything.

The unit was very clean and did have everything one would need. Walk to beach was longer than other reviews made it seem but an easy walk. Loved the access to beach- boardwalk and mat was great. A storm had came the day before therefore the pool was closed all week, which was a huge disappointment ,but out of people’s control. Owner responded and was helpful with any questions.

I cannot express enough how much we enjoyed our stay. Pamela was attentive and kind. The villa was immaculate and had everything we needed during our stay. The location was amazing! We were steps from the pool and accommodating for our English bull dog. We enjoyed Coconutz which was directly across the street from the property. I’m hopeful we will be able to come again. Thank you Pamela for everything.

Wonderful Stay

You can tell the owner is proud of the home. She is very caring and responsive. The home was decorated nicely, extremely clean, and well equipped. Even had ample coat hangers in the closet! Little things like that mean a lot. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy it.

HHI stay

Everything was exceptional. The only thing that I didn’t like was having to pick up the parking pass. We stayed at those condos three or four times and the parking pass was always on the table when we got there. Especially since we drove 14 hours to get there, but the place was absolutely beautiful just like described.

We had a fun and relaxing family vacation.

The Coast is Clear was just like the pictures! The property was very clean with up to date and comfortable amenities. We took a pleasant walk to the beach from the residence with our one year old son in hand. The commute to the rest of the island was short as well, and the pool right outside was relaxing and quiet. My son’s first trip to the beach was memorable.

Great if you have a pet

Sweet, updated property. The king size bed was very comfortable, and the shower was great. Owner thought of everything. We need a rental that allowed us to bring our little dog and being that the unit was on ground level it was very convenient to take out for potty breaks. Would stay there again.

The Coast was Clear in Hilton head

The villa had everything that we could need during our stay. The walk to the beach was not far at all. It rained the last day of out stay but a rainy day at the beach is better than a good day anywhere else.

Homey Condo just minutes to the beach

Pamela’s condo was a home away from home! Beautifully decorated with all of the comforts of home and just a short walk to the beach! The condo had everything you needed for a short or long stay and the pool was just right in the backyard! Convenient to coffee & bakeries , shops, and yummy restaurants! Plus, it was also super dog friendly which are golden retriever absolutely loved. We absolutely cannot wait to go back!

Amazing stay at “The Coast Is Clear” villa in Hilton Head S.C.

We had such a great time at the Villa. The condo was beautiful and the check in process was so easy. So much to see and do on the island from biking, walks on the beach, and amazing restaurants. Our host was extremely helpful throughout our stay and we definitely hope to come back.

Home Away from Home

Comfortable and relaxing, excellent for us and the dogs. Enjoyed Folly beach every day and the walking paths. Explored the lighthouse area, Tanger Outlets, Reilley’s was a great spot, and outdoor eating/live entertainment areas. Enjoy!

Lovely HHI Getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!We are a couple, so we did not take advantage of the additional sleeping opportunity. The apartment: comfortable size, good light, overall quiet, very tidy and clean. Nice selection of kitchen cookware. Updated bathroom is great, too.Visited in Feb/March, so the pool wasn't key for us, but it looks inviting. Unit and beach are both dog friendly. We walked the beach every day with our dog; you can stroll to the beautiful beach in about eight minutes.The unit location is first floor, and ground level means no steps! Pam, our host, was very responsive. Would not hesitate to rent here again.

We loved this place!

Beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless. Lovely layout with a shaded backyard and a separate private patio. Super comfortable bed and a great shower head. The area is pretty and very quiet and only a four minute walk to the nicest beach, yet very close to the main road that gets you everywhere. A gracious, responsive and helpful host. I would definitely come here again and would recommend it to anyone I know. Walking to the beach that last morning to watch the sunrise was the perfect way to end our stay.
