LOCATION! LOCATION! Newly renovated FIRST FLOOR condo on Washington Street with on site parking is within walking distance to beach, mall, restaurants and shopping. Two lovely porches (private) go with the apartment. Relax in the front with wicker porch furniture and watch the horse and carriage go by. Then, have dinner on the table and chairs on the back porch. Well appointed to appeal to the discerning traveler. The bedroom has a queen bed. The brand new queen sofa bed in the living room has an upgraded mattress with a memory foam topper. An antique dining table and chairs seats 6. There is a 42 inch smart TV equipped with Netflix, Hulu and Roku. Must bring account # to access those features. Off season guest will enjoy the gas fireplace. There is a well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The new Bosch dishwasher has a delayed start feature. New heat and AC with a very quiet Mitsubishi split system with remote controls keep you comfortable all season round with remote controls. Washer and Dryer are available. Designated parking in the rear. Expect this great place to fill up quickly! Additional Cleaning fee on all rentals! **VRBO Renters – Please note, the initial service fee paid, is strictly a VRBO fee and is not paid to Jersey Cape Realty. The perfect location to stay in or go out
The place is beautifully decorated and combines old with new. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain. You have a front and back porch to choose from, the bathroom is roomy and the bed is comfortable . Couldn't ask for more.

Great vacation
We were pleasantly surprised to see things that we thought we had to bring, were already there. Kitchen linens, beach passes for the whole season to name a few. Kitchen was well stocked and the bed very comfortable as well as the living room seating. Front balcony was great. Back balcony was dirty so we did not use it. When we asked for more wine glasses, we got an immediate response even though it was Sunday. Very accomodating. Highly recommend.

A Gem right in town.
It was just the two of us, the place was beautiful and right in town. We walked for the whole weekend, and when the weather was bad, we went to giant, which is right around the block and got all the food we needed. I totally missed in the details that you have to bring your own linens and towels, but if you are traveling out of state, there are stores within a 15min drive that have everything you need.

Great Location in Cape May!
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Our main complaint is that the queen size bed did not appear to really be a queen size bed (!) -- I brought my own queen sized sheets and they were too big for the bed (hmmmm). Also, it wasn't very comfortable. We tried the queen sleeper in the LR and that was larger but not any more comfortable... Other than that, it was fine. Not sure why we have to wait WEEKS for our security deposit to be returned (we left the place in great condition and the cleaners had to have seen that immediately). Great location, though and great front porch! Check-in and check-out was quite easy. Other than the bed (s), I would recommend.

A very pleasant and somewhat secluded property a stone's throw from the mall and the Acme market in Cape May. The beach was a short walk through the most picturesque area of the East coast's oldest and most beautiful seashore resort.

Needs new locks!
Very nice property but owner definitely needs to replace door locks. It is a battle getting in and out of the property. Doors stick and locks do not work properly. Safety issue in our opinion.
