Great weekend at the treehouse

This was our second time to stay here and everything was as we expected. It’s a peaceful location with plenty to do. We look forward to our next stay here.

I absolutely loved this property quiet and secluded. And a very short walk to the landing at Parker creek. And it’s a great spot for dogs to run and swim!!

No central air or heat

It’s extremely unfortunate that VRBO or owner doesn’t tell renters there is no central air or heat. I adjusted…wore hat, neck warmer and gloves to bed. But… awoke to bugs everywhere! Bathroom and kitchen. I cleaned up the bugs snacking on the food that the housekeeper didn’t vacuum or clean. But when I put a skillet on the stove, turned around to grab an egg and skillet was covered in bugs??? I have pics and videos to share if this website allowed. I was only refunded for the night I didn’t stay. The night I spent sleeping on the couch wearing a coat, hat and gloves close to the electric fireplace the size of. My computer monitor. was not refunded. The morning I woke up to bugs in the bathroom sink , kitchen sink, everywhere on kitchen floor, was on me. Not only should the homeowner be responsible but VRBO should be too.

It’s worth noting that none of our previous guests have made this claim, and we promptly sent our property manager to assist you with the split air remote as soon as the matter was brought to our attention. Regarding cleanliness, we take great pride in maintaining a high standard and offered you a turnover service, which unfortunately you declined. We take your feedback seriously and have addressed it with our housekeeping team. As for the issue with bugs, while we regularly schedule pest control and our property’s woodland setting naturally invites the occasional insect, we take all reports seriously. We’d appreciate the opportunity to understand the magnitude of the issue and take appropriate action. We value your feedback as it helps us improve. Our commitment is to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests. However, it’s surprising to receive this review given your positive parting comments in personal message thanking us for our adorable place and great location.

Fun graduation weekend

We enjoyed our stay at the treehouse. It was a great location and space for the overflow of ppl during my daughters graduation weekend! Decor is fun and location s great! We will definitely stay again!
