It's a wonderful home base for those looking to enjoy the best of Plum Island and Newburyport, with it's beaches, a multitude of free festivals and events, fine dining, art galleries and antique shops, boating, and more.

Offering all the comforts of home (maybe even more!) the house has an open-plan ground floor with soaring ceilings that includes the living area and full kitchen. There are also two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main level. The large picture windows let in an abundance of natural light. Up a flight of stairs is a loft that overlooks the living room and kitchen, in addition to offering stunning views of the marsh.

Your Plum Island vacation isn’t complete without spending time in the fresh sea air. Relax and enjoy the cool Atlantic breezes from one of the two decks, then leave the car at home and stroll down to Plum Island Center Beach, grab a fresh lobster roll at Bob Lobster or breakfast at Mad Martha’s Island Café, or head into Parker River National Wildlife Refuge to explore the coastal trails. Plus, you're just minutes from downtown Newburyport’s historic Market Square, scenic Waterfront Park boardwalk, and local harbor cruises.
