Oceanfront penthouse 2 bed 2 bath situated on beach and downtown

Renovated top floor apartment in the heart of the downtown Rockport historic district on the water. Private balcony with ocean view and private parking for 1 car. Large open kitchen with center island table and cathedral ceiling surrounded by reclaimed wooden beams.

Living room opens to deck overlooking the harbor. One master bedroom with a king size bed and private full bathroom. One full guest bathroom. Both bathrooms have heated floors and are on main level of unit. Large loft with two additional full size beds and play/work space. (ladder to loft and low ceiling height may not be ideal for all guests). Central AC/Heat, heated bathroom floors. All new appliances, furniture, fixtures, etc.

If you are staying with us in WINTER, our driveway is gravel and un-plowable. There is street parking close by and Rockport provides free parking in municipal lots during snow emergencies.

This is a wonderful apartment, with stunning views, modern furnishings, a large, fully equipped kitchen with a perfect location. Mary is a wonderful host, gets back to you right away i can't wait to stay again very soon!!!

Exceptional property!!Beautifully decorated, incredible ocean view!! So close to the ocean you can hear the surf with the sliding door open. Everything was very clean, lovely walk in tiled showers, all the essentials and so much more have been thoughtfully provided too! And the location in Rockport is ideal. Five star host and property for sure!!

What you see in the photos is exactly what you get...a very comfortable and clean apartment to settle into and enjoy and relax. The kitchen is well equipped, the livingroom is a great spot to hang out, and the bed is very comfortable. There is so much to do in the area but the apartment was so comfortable that we really didn't want to go out. We stayed in mid-November and although the temperatures were in the mid-30s, we enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the eveing on the deck.Check in was easy and Mary was very quick to respond to a couple of questions.

Rockport Perfection

Mary’s place was stunning with a perfect location! The renovation is exquisite, her responsiveness quick, with a view of the beach and ocean. We could not have imagined a better way to spend July 4th and we hope to be back.

Great location, great views

Friends and I just needed a place to stay so we didn’t drive all the way home. Turned out to be far more relaxing than the pictures even show. Host was extremely responsive.

The location was perfect! it is in town and on the beach, with a small sitting area overlooking the beach. When doors are closed, it is quiet inside.There is a foldout sofa bed, which helped us as the loft was for younger people and has a ladder to get up there. Property manager was very pleasant to deal with and very responsive.There is one parking spot, which was great as there is only street parking in the downtown area, which gets crowded.Very clean and nice property.Lynn

Fantastic!

This was our second time staying at this property, but our first time under new ownership. The place is just wonderful! Very cozy and well equipped, and the location could not be more perfect. Mornings and evenings on the deck are so relaxing, and the beach is literally just a few steps away! Mary was very helpful and responded to our only question immediately. This is a one in a million location and we look forward to staying here for many years to come!

The location was great. It's in the midst of a walking town. The beach was not crowded and we had fun collecting sea glass. The penthouse was very nice, clean and was comfortable. Our host was very helpful answering questions when we had them. We spent lots of time on the balcony beach peeping and catching rays. It is a beautiful place. The second bedroom was as described, very low ceiling, not good for anyone over 5' 4". The kitchen was well equipped and all appliances are top of the line. A great get away spot.

Lovely penthouse apartment, views/sounds of the beach were incredibly soothing. We went during off season for a nice quiet time in a charming town. This was a lovely place to retreat to once a day of activities was done, with the option of a nice evening beach stroll if desired. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare some nice meals, and the location was within walking distance of many restaurants (though some were closed due to off season). The host was very accommodating and was able to offer many suggestions for meals out. Overall, a lovely trip to a lovely place!
