Southern Escape

Located in the Coral Ridge development and on the northeast end of the beautiful Coral Canyon Golf Course. The unit has a new owner and is accepting rentals starting in January 2023. Sleeps up to 8. All new furniture, appliances, and electronics. We have an additional condo across the street if you need both for large gatherings. It sleeps 11 people. Community amenities include a clubhouse spacious enough for large gatherings, a swimming pool, hot tub, equipped fitness center, putting green, fishing pond, basketball court, and children’s playground. At Coral Ridge, you are just minutes from nine other golf courses, tennis courts, river rafting, hiking, biking and ATV trails. St. George, and Zion National Park. 8 miles from Sand Hollow Lake State Park and 4 miles from Quail Creek State park.

Excellent place! The home is really nice and had great facilities. The beds were very comfortable. We slept well. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub, but drove by it and it looked nice.

This is a clean, attractive condo, with a well equipped kitchen. The only thing that needs owner attention is the master bedroom mattress. It is an old mattress with a four inch sponge on top of it. We both got up with bad back aches. Other than that, we were very satisfied.

The condo had everything we needed! It was nice to have extra kitchen appliances and basic cooking essentials. The garage had a tool kit to change a bike tire.. little things like that made it a more enjoyable stay.

Very comfortable setting with ample room for everyone to be move freely without being on top of each other. Lots of consideration taken for guests as far as accessories - towels, shampoos, extra bedding. Spacious kitchen with everything you need! Very clean environment.

Our favorite Southern Escape

We love when we have the opportunity to come stay at this condo. The warm pools and hot tub accommodations at the club house are perfect when we just want to take it easy at the condo. The condo is quiet, clean, and comfortable. It’s easy to grab groceries nearby and make day trips to canyons for hikes or into St George for dinners out. I love the location and feeling right at home when we come to the area.

Great Landing Spot

We stayed here for 3 nights with our family and had an absolute blast. We had some friends want to join us last minute and the owner helped us locate another rental across the street we could use. The kitchen was well stocked and the living room was cozy. We were about 45 minutes from the gate at Zion's and about 25 minutes from Snow Canyon State Park.

Home away from Home!

Loved the accommodations. We needed absolutely nothing. Every possible item we needed for cooking and relaxing was there for us - blender, griddle, BBQ grill, drip coffee maker, etc., etc. Even pool towels! Kim was quick to respond when we had a question. Access to the home was easy. We really enjoyed our time in Washington - easy access to so many sites - Bryce Canyon is a little bit of a drive, but we did it, and glad we did. Zion was much closer and wonderful. Went into St. George and some of the state parks. Also enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the complex. Also appreciated the use of the garage!!!

What a beautiful home! So nicely decorated, large & spacious rooms. Stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay in Washington. Close to so many sights & restaurants. I highly recommend this home. The hosts were very quick to respond with questions prior to our stay. Didn’t have any problems with anything while we were there. Beautiful neighborhood & nice pool area! Will be back next time in town!
