Fabulous property!

This is a wonderful, newly remodeled and clean property right on the lake, with excellent access. We loved our visit, and very much appreciated the kayaks and paddleboard as well.

Wonderful getaway before college

My family found the home updated and comfortable with fun spaces outdoors to enjoy their end of summer before moving into Colgate! Kayaks and fire pit were memorable!

Rocky Point #1 is a beautiful property with amazing lake views from the kitchen, the expansive deck, and the convenient dock. The house was well-equipped with kitchen and meal prep items, extra towels, cleaning supplies, kayaks&pfds, outdoor grill, and indoor games. If you want the best lake views and paddling access, this is the spot.

Perfect Get Away

Our son’s family has a cottage nearby. We had great fun on the water with the grandkids. We went into Hamilton to Flour and Salt and walk around the public market. Each morning I watched the sun rise over the lake with my daughter. Great time!

Hidden gem for Colgate alum visits!

Property is absolutely beautiful! Nicely updated and modern amenities in all rooms are great. Deck, dock and fire pit are beautiful. We came with friends to play golf and watch a football game at Colgate - 5 min drive - we will be back! Pull

Beautiful view

This cottage is bright and has all modern finishes. The large windows and doors allow for a tremendous view of the lake. The host was very responsive and helpful. It is convenient to Colgate. I would like to return in the summer to take advantage of the comfortable deck, watercraft, and outdoor games. Thanks for sharing this special place with us!

Beautiful lake house!

The lake house is amazing! It’s organized, well thought out and spotless. Loved the deck and watching the Colgate crew go by. Definitely a gem. Can’t wait to return!
