We are just steps away from the Bay Drive Multi Use Path, a 3-mile Pedestrian walking /biking path. The path runs along the sound and leads to the Wright Memorial.
We are less than a mile from multiple beach access points, a 3-minute drive to Hayman Blvd access with free parking. 3 -minutes from the Avalon fishing pier. 2-minutes from the dock street public boat ramp. 5-minute walk from the Hayman Blvd gazebo. 2-minutes from Hayman public park with children's play area.

This spacious and sunny cottage has an open floor plan with an expanded living area.
There is room for everyone to sit and relax, watch the large smart TV with Roku and surround sound.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the necessities to cook a family style meal. Dishes, Silverware, pots and pans, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer and crockpot. Paper towels, and dishwasher/dishwashing detergent is also supplied. The large custom Kitchen table has seating for 6-8.
A full-size washer and dryer are located in the hall closet. Down the hall you will find, two costal style queen bedrooms, with plush mattresses, cozy bedding and Roku TVs and ceiling fans. There is a shared full bathroom located in the hall. The primary Bedroom features a king size bed with a desk, dresser and large closet. TV with Roku and ceiling fan. The on-suite bathroom has a large double sink vanity with plenty of storage.
Downstairs there is a twin xl over queen bunk bed, TV with Roku and ceiling fan. This is where you will enter the home using the nest smart door lock system.
The outdoor shower is located under the house along with a covered seating area, the swing and Adirondack chairs are perfect for catching the relaxing afternoon breeze. The home is conveniently located within walking and or biking distance to many activities and restaurants. 4 min walk to the Hayman Blvd gazebo and public boat ramp. 3 min drive to beach access with parking, 8 min walk to Hayman Blvd Park/playground, 3 min drive or 10 min bike ride to Avalon Pier, 7 min drive to the Wright Memorial, 6 min drive to Kitty Hawk Skate Park.
