Experience the charm of our bright & airy single-family home, beautifully redesigned with a fresh European touch and mid-century style. Enjoy the privacy of a fenced backyard patio and relax on comfy memory foam beds.

Our charming property offers a fantastic location that's both convenient and inviting. You’ll be close to Los Angeles and just a short stroll from a large park, tennis courts, and the local Old Fashion Deli & Market. Plus, a few minutes’ drive will take you to the bustling Americana and vibrant downtown Glendale.

For your convenience, we provide a driveway parking space, and there’s plenty of street parking available without any permits needed.

PET POLICY

We love pets and are happy to consider them on a case-by-case basis. Please send us an inquiry before booking if you plan to bring your furry friend. There’s a $99 pet fee per stay, and larger dogs or multiple pets may require an additional security deposit.

GUEST ACCESS

ONLY GUESTS ON RESERVATION ARE PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY (no visitors / gatherings unless agreed on at the time of booking)

We came for Rose Bowl and the house was clean beds very comfortable, host communicated very fast! Would stay again.

Hidden gem!

Beautiful and meticulous, quaint, charming and very European! We loved the stay and our host was fabulous! She ensured we had everything we needed and even offered for us to stay a little longer if we needed extra time. We truly enjoyed our stay and would book again if we are in the area.

Perfect Cozy House

Our stay was simple, efficient, and super cozy. The host was super responsive and wonderful. The house is in a great neighborhood in Glendale that is quiet and convenient to many other parts of LA. Will definitely be staying here again

Great spot for our family!

We had to find a house for our family and pets quickly while some repairs were to be done at our home. This house is clean, updated, cozy and comfortable. Ewa was very communicative from pre-booking and throughout our stay. After having trouble with cancellations and poor communication from other VRBO hosts, we were grateful to find this place.

Wonderful extended stay!

Stayed here while we waited for work to be done on our house and owner and house was perfect. We had a lot of timelines change and she was incredibly flexible and communicative. House is quiet, peaceful and well resourced with everything you could need! Couldn’t have been better!

Great stay!

We chose this home and location because it was near Universal Studios, was pet friendly, and had an enclosed backyard. It was a great home and was a great size for our family including our furbabies. It is also located in a nice location in Glendale. Even though it does not have an on site washer and dryer, there is a laundry service nearby. Eva was also very responsive to questions and was a great host. Thank you!

Cute, clean bungalow

We enjoyed our stay. The place is very clean and has everything we needed minus the laundry facility. Communication with the host was perfect. The big bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner were nice to have since we arrived to LA on a plane. The street is very busy but not very noisy. Walking along that road is not great until you get a few blocks up and the sidewalk begins.. We recommend checking out Historic Downtown Montrose for great food and nice strolling.

Lovely home

We loved this home. Kitchen and bathroom so nice. Updated and lovely. The downside to this property is the location on a major street right at a curve. Driveway is a one car driveway. So if you have more than one car it is not safe to park on the street. There is road noise in the house. The walk to the park is not safe. It is in a good neighborhood very close to Montrose. Which is great. Very nice home but a bad location.

Cosy and Clean

Ewa was a lovely host. She handled any questions promptly. The beds and couch were comfy. We stayed for a week, so we were asked to water plants (inside and out) and put out the trash. Per the listing, the house does not have a clothes washing machine/dryer. We did find a 24-hour laundromat to use. The Glendale area is close to many attractions. Deliveries for food and groceries were easy. The front porch can be sunny in the morning - so don’t let food/groceries stay out (a mistake I made). The house is on a fairly busy road, but we had no issues backing our car out or parking. Thank you, Ewa, for a lovely stay.
