Stylish 3BD/2BA Retreat: King Bed, Firepit, Chef's Kitchen, Near Universal, SOFI

Welcome Home, Football Fans of the World to the FIFA World Cup 2026 Football games in Los Angeles from June - July 2026.

This is an ideal home base for the game, either watching it on the large 65" OLED TV with surround sound, or your going to SoFi Stadium, which is about 25 miles away.

Experience a modern and stylish open-concept family home featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry room. Enjoy a cozy, private backyard with firepit and BBQ Grill, providing the perfect retreat for your stay in Los Angeles.

This place is super cozy for 6 people, but if you’re bringing 8, you can always use the two sleeper sofas. Just make sure to choose the right guest count when you book so we can make sure everything’s ready :)

TWO-CAR PARKING: Wide private driveway parking can accommodate a maximum of two cars side by side, or extra wide for 1 car with accessibility needs. The third car would need to park along the street.

STEPS TO ACCESS HOUSE: There are a total of 3 steps from the driveway parking to the inside the entrance door of the house. Once inside the house, all 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room are all step-free accessible. There is only 1 step down inside the house leading to the back living room.

● The coffee bar has 2 different coffee machine for your preference, Keurig, and Drip coffee, and fully stocked for your entire stay!
● Stainless steel appliances include: French Door refrigerator, Gas Range with modern hood, dish washer, and microwave oven.
● Smaller appliances include Toaster, Electric tea kettle, stove top tea kettle, and coffee bar!
● Free Filtered drinking water is available using the drinking water faucet on the right of the kitchen sink. The water is filtered through a 5 stage reverse osmosis system.

There is a second detached (ADU tiny house) in the back, that is not apart of this listing, and is rented by another guest. The second detached unit is completely separated by a fence, and does not have access to the back yard of this house.
