Welcome to newly renovated spacious cottage with 4 bedrooms, sleeps 10, open space living area, large yard and parking for up to 5 vehicles. All new appliances, air conditioning in every room. Walking distance (less than five minutes) to some great restaurants, bars and the beach. Enjoy the manicured lawn that provides ample space for outdoor games, sunbathing, or simply unwinding with a good book. You won't want to leave!

Location was perfect. Short walk to the beach access path. House was clean and as described and the hosts even provided some welcome treats such as a s’mores kit and some wine…great added touches. Would definite rent here again and it was prefect to entertain family and friends for day visits with its yard, plenty of parking and proximity to the beach.

This place was the perfect stay for my family! We had a wedding in the area and was looking for a place to stay nearby that was easy with our kids and would fit us all. There was plenty of room, everything was clean, the location was a close walk to nearby food/beach etc. Ken was very responsive and helpful! Would love to come back and be able to spend more time in the area. 10/10 would recommend

Excellent experience from start to finish. The host was responsive, friendly, and easy to work with throughout the rental process. My four sons stayed at the property while visiting for a grad party and had a great experience. They found the home comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. Communication was excellent and the check-in and check-out were straightforward. Everything went smoothly and will gladly rent here again. Highly recommend.

Amazing location

We enjoyed this house so much. We were able to bring our dog and he loved the yard. Such a great location to the beach and to the restaurants. Parking was awesome. House is so deceiving those three bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. It’s perfect for a summer week.

Great Experience

We had a wonderful stay! Owner was extremely accomodating. Beautiful back yard with fire pit and outdoor bar. The home was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Looking forward to returning!

Wonderful place to land!

We enjoyed this lovely and comfortable home with a really great outdoor space. Everything is easy - easy access/walk to the beach, an easy walk to Salisbury's boardwalk, and an easy drive to Newburyport. And, we appreciated the easy and clear communication with the host too. It was a wonderful place to land for a weekend get-away.

Great location!

Great little spot, super close to the beach- favorite part is the yard, lots of space for cornhole or other outdoor games, also love the fire pit and party lights. Very clean, only thing we could have used is more countertop space in kitchen b/c we cook a lot. Definitely not complaining though, had a wonderful week there!

Cute house! Excellent location & yard!

We loved the short walk to the beach. Loved having an outdoor space. The grassy yard with fire pit & wood provided was great! The house is super cute. Beds were comfy. All the little extras was so nice. Coffee,cream, wine etc. also parking for 3 cars was perfect for our family! We cant wait to go back!!!

Great Family Getaway!

The house had everything we needed! Highlights Include - AC units in every bedroom, short walk to beach and boardwalk, grill access, fire pit, and plenty of parking spots! Room for improvement -It would be nice to have a clothes line to hang towels after returning from the beach every day. Great communication with owners. Would recommend and consider staying again.

What a great stay!

I stayed here in early June with 5 of my family members and our dog. We all highly recommend this place. The house was clean upon arrival with lots of thoughtful little inclusions like coffee, spices, wine etc. It is a quick walk to Salisbury beach and the boardwalk and a short drive to the park on the Merrimack river if you like to fish. Clean and pleasant with plenty of parking. Five stars!

Great vacation house

Easy access to the beach (no more than 5 minutes walk), large parking area, nice yard with all commodities like bbq, fire pit, beach chairs. Beds were confortable. Well equiped kitchen with all the basics. Salisbury is a great destination for a beach vacatation. We were 4 adults and 3 children and everybody had a great time. The owners were quick to respond to our questions and made us feel welcome .
