We had a great stay! The location was perfect across the street from the beach and a short walk to the boardwalk. The house had everything we needed. Hope to return again!

Wonderful weather it was a GREAT stay with my children and grandchildren.

Check in was super simple Loved the large dining area and table to sit us all. Wish there had been more counter space but having a washer and dryer was perfect. Put towels on top of washer and dryer to protect them and stored bread rolls and Tupperware ob top so it worked well. All in all it was wonderful.

Loved the location and home!

Other than getting hot at night it was perfect! Easy walk to the beach with kids and equipment and not too crowded. Easy walk to the center but not too close. We loved the home and location. Great stay my kids are begging to go back next year!

Overall everything was great just had some problems with the grill at times also we were there during a 4 or 5 day heatwave and the place does not have AC so we sorta suffered a little.

Father's day weekend get away

I booked this last minute for what ended up being a father's day/end of school vacation. We had a great stay for our little getaway. I wish it could have been longer. Carrie was very accommodating and a gracious host. Fantastic location, right across the street from the beach. Quiet neighborhood. I loved the toys provided and that there was only 1 TV. Ample space in the house and it was nice not to have folks above or below us. The kids were able to unplug and enjoy a good old fashioned summer weekend using their imaginations and playing together. We would definitely stay again.

Overall we had a good time. Restaurants were not that accommodating. House was quaint. Had character. Some things do need to be updated. Carrie was AMAZING during the entire rental process and during. Did wish there was a fenced in yard and wish we were on the beach. There wasn't a view of the water. It was very easy to get to the beach. We didn't want to drive but did wish there was a little bit more to do but we did enjoy our time.

I wish my stay was as good as the other reviewers. U just dont see those being that

Booked 2 nights during a heat wave. Upon getting the code to enter, the house was so hot and uncomfortable that we couldn't even stay there. The house was way too hot. There was no ac. Only 1 fan. Not even a window ac unit. I have an 8year old that i couldn't have stay there. There was just no way, so we ended up driving all the way back to RI. Very disappointing Also, the lack of communication that day of check in from the host made it that much worse. Not sure what I was supoosed to do half the time when resching our to the host. I called multiple times to get the code to enter with an hour delay. The host had very poor response time. No call back when i called to ask about ac. Tried to use the shower before we left (ee did not stay) but the shower head had mold and the house is really old and you can tell there was water damage throughout the building. No way to use the house during the day if i needed to make breakfast and lunch. I just don't think its worth the amount I paid when you have way better options on Salisbury beach for less than that. And of course they won't issue a refund. Very disappointing overall Perhaps they should mention in their description, NO Air conditioning. That would be a deal breaker for some people.

Great Beach House

House was clean and very charming. The host was nice and helpful. The location was awesome with the beach access right across the street and the Salisbury strip less than a 5 minute walk. I will say there is no A/C which is normally probably fine, but we happened to be there during a heatwave and the bedrooms upstairs get extremely hot. Other than that this was a wonderful beach house.. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!!

Charming beach house just steps away from the beach!

We had a great time! Fun was had by all - husband, wife, three kids 9, 5, 2, and even our 14 year old dog! Steps to the beach, close to the boardwalk area, but still quiet. It was perfect.

Beach House

House was cute, clean and very close to the beach. A quick walk down the path across the street and your toes are in the sand. It had all the necessities for a comfortable stay including beach chairs and a cart. Extra fans are needed to keep the place cool on warm nights, especially upstairs. The house is a quick walk down to center for food and fun. We really enjoyed our stay!
