This property is a custom 3 bed , 2 bath home built in 2022. Main floor has a great open floor plan, ready to host your family gatherings! Kitchen equipped with all new appliances and stocked with all essentials. The master is located on the main floor with king bed and attached full bath; 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located upstairs with shared full bath and large loft area for relaxing. Outdoors enjoy the fire-pit or relax on the deck. 1.2 miles to downtown! Walking distance to adjacent hiking trails and just a 12 minute walk to Kelleys Island Winery!

I loved this rental. Very clean and had all the essentials. Wished it had more kid friendly plates and curtains to help with naps but not a deal breaker. Would stay here again.

This house was perfect! Very comfortable beds, very clean, kitchen stocked with everything you need. The location is great too and very convenient to activities while being away from it all. Nice side porch for reading a book or enjoying coffee. Would definitely come back!

Wonderful house

Peaceful Getaway

We wanted to experience a Lake Erie island, so we picked Kelleys Island with no previous experience or information. We were so glad that we did. The island is large enough to feel like you're spread out, but small enough to comfortably feel "at home". Sally and John's home was clean and tastefully appointed. We were very blessed by the time we spent at their place and on the island. Now we know why the locals like it so much!

A get away with friends

We get together with these same friends every year. Since none of us been to Kelley’s
 it was our destination this year. It was fabulous and our stay was amazing. The house was perfect and in a perfect location. We had really great weather and traveled around in a golf cart. Such a fun trip!! The only thing I would want the owner to know is whomever put the sheets on the bed did not put them on. They were just lying on top of mattresses. Towels were not out as well. But no worries we found the towels and sheets were not a problem. We LOVED out stay!!! Thank you!!!

The house was perfect for us for a long weekend getaway. The house is laid out nicely inside. Close enough to downtown but far enough to feel peaceful! We rented a golf cart for the weekend. Would stay again!
