Come enjoy a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with 72' of waterfront on full recreation Wind Lake.Come and enjoy the excellent fishing or swimming.Rental includes (4)kayaks, and (1) paddle board, (must wear floatation devices when using kayaks or paddle board)(Guests/Renters are responsible for bringing their own and using properly sized US Coast Guard approved floatation device when using any of the kayaks, paddle board ).Great fishing off pier! WiFi included and enjoy smart TV where you can sign in with your streaming passwords. On entering the upstairs you walk through the kitchen equipped with all your basic amenities including a Kerig. Through the Kitchen is a full bath. Connected to Kitchen is the Queen Suite with a closet to put all of your luggage and a bedside table with plugs for all your electronic devices to charge while you sleep. Off the back of the Kitchen sits the Living Room and 3 seasons porch with comfortable seating. Down stairs is a Full over Queen bunk and the second Bunk is a Full over Queen with a Twin Trundle you can easily pull out for extra sleeping room. This Room has a wet bar, a desk for any of your remote work needs, and a sitting area with comfortable seating for Relaxing or Reading. Across the hall from the Bunk Room is the 3season( unheated) Game room with Couches to hang out and watch some Tv., a Pub table to play games, Bar top seating where you can enjoy a drink or Challenge your family/ friends to a game of Jumbo Wall Scrabble. This Area also has a electric Dart Board. From there you can enjoy the view out over the lake through the Glass sliding doors. Stepping outside you will find the Grill and the patio with some patio furniture. This property features a large backyard great for tossing a football or playing some-yard games.
