The neighborhood where the guesthouse is located is called Selby Park. Selby Park is directly across the street from famed Atherton where many of Silicon Valley’s rich and famous reside:) It’s walking distance to excellent an grocery store, Chavez Market, a Michelin star restaurant, Selby’s and to one of the areas most popular wine shops, K&L Wine. Selby Park is also centrally located. It’s a 5 min drive from Menlo Park downtown, 5 min drive to Redwood City downtown and 10 min drive to Stanford. It’s a quiet community great for walking, running and enjoying the sunny Bay Area weather.

Comfortable / quiet / convenient

We spent 10 nights / days here and it was just right for our needs. The neighborhood is quiet and this little house offers privacy, parking, and convenience. We walked to Chavez Market and Taqueria several times and discovered good pizza just around the corner at LaQuinta. Plenty more shopping, restaurant options within either walking or short driving distance. Hosts were responsive and friendly. We hope to return in the future.

Stanford visit

Lived up to listing! Great space for 2 people. Updated kitchen and bathroom and a cute little outdoor space to have your morning coffee. Recommend a car to get around the area.

Cozy Tiny Home and Responsive, Accommodating Hosts

Our stay was a little over a week at Matt & Ela's modern but cozy guesthouse and it went very smoothly. The tiny-house concept was a fun and inspiring experience that felt a lot like a completely separate house on the block. It even boasted its own little personal driveway and yard. I enjoyed communicating with our hosts. They were very responsive and accommodating with our booking. They made self-check-in very easy and respected guest privacy. Thanks again Ela & Matt!

Beautifully modern

This property is gorgeous. Petfect for a tiny family. Amenities are great and much better than houses I have stayed in given they even have keurig coffees, laudry detergent, a few snacks, etc. Location was great for where we were going. The property is gorgeous and the owner is fantastic and quick to reply back if I needed anything. I especially love that everything is energy efficient. Only thing is i wpuld only recommened this for a family of 2 or 3 who can all fit in the king bed. The sofa pullout is very hard. Would definitely recommend
